Belmont Cameli wanted to donate his kidney in a wish to save his childhood friend, Brendan Flaherty, who went into kidney failure and needed dialysis every day. However, Belmont couldn't match with Brendan, and then doctors at Northwestern started looking for a potential recipient named Clotilde Ruiz, whose daughter wasn't a match for her.
