Television actress, Sara Khan's ex-husband, and actor, Ali Mercchant is enjoying the most beautiful phase of his life. The Bigg Boss 4 fame is over the moon as he tied the knot with his girlfriend, Andleeb Zaidi on November 2, 2023. For the unversed, Ali was earlier married to Sara Khan inside the Bigg Boss house in 2010. However, the duo parted ways in 2011. Following this, Ali tied the knot with Anam in 2016, but his second wedding was also short-lived. Now, Ali has given love a third chance, and he recently opened up about the same.
In a candid conversation with the Hindustan Times, Ali Mercchant opened up about his third wedding. Talking about the same, the actor mentioned that they had a beautiful nikaah and reception ceremony in Lucknow. Ali also added that he will host another reception party for his industry friends on November 15, 2023, in Mumbai. In his words:
"We did a nice, beautiful nikaah and reception over here in Lucknow, with a few close friends and family members. Everyone travelled with me from Mumbai, and she also had her family and friends here. Ab Lucknow hogaya hai, now I am going back to Bombay, and there I will host a reception on November 15, where I will call my other industry friends here."

Further, in the same conversation, Ali opened up about his wifey, Andleeb and heaped praises on her for her warm personality. Talking about the same, the actor mentioned his wifey has guided him and changed him for good. Calling Andleeb a strong woman, Ali added that she has made him understand his priorities. Elaborating more on it, Ali said:
"Andleeb has put a lot of change in me. She is very kind, generous, and a very strong woman. She always guides me in the right manner. With her, I understand what boundaries and priorities are, and what kind of efforts a person needs. Bahut saari aisi cheezein jo meri dictionary mai nahi thi. Meri debut film bhi arahi hai, so everything is happening very nicely and smoothly at the right time."
Ali also talked about how he reacts to people's perception of his third marriage. Elaborating more about it, the actor mentioned that he always wanted a happy married life, and at the end of the day, his happiness matters the most to him. Mentioning how people often point out at him for getting married for the third time, Ali stated that he can either be happy or commit suicide, so he chose the first option. In his words:
"I feel that at the end mujhe apni khushi ke baare mai sochna hai. I have the right to be happy in life. Whenever people say ki 'arey yaar third marriage', I am like, 'Yaar, do you want me to commit suicide or do you want me to be happy?' It can only be either of those two. I decide to take a happy route, it is always a good call and you should think about yourself. I wanted to have a happy married life. I am going to manage all the negative public attention quite smoothly. Pyaar kia toh darna kya. It is the most beautiful thing to be in love."

Ali and Andleeb tied the knot in a dreamy nikaah ceremony. For his special day, the actor looked handsome in a bandhgala suit paired with a uniquely embroidered doshala and a matching turban. On the other hand, Andleeb looked beautiful in a heavily embroidered sharara set. She styled her look with polki jewellery, including a broad neckpiece, matching chandbaalis, a sleek nath, a maang teeka and a jhoomar. Subtle makeup and mehendi-adorned hands complemented her overall look.
