Krishna Mukherjee left everyone shocked when she first time shared that the producer, Kundan Singh, of her show, Shubh Shagun, which aired in 2022, harassed her. She claimed that he had once locked her inside the makeup room, and she has been going through depression and anxiety. While the television industry has united to support Krishna, the producer denied all such claims. Now, it was Krishna's best friend, Aly Goni, who came to her rescue and revealed that they had not cleared her dues.
After the producer, Kundan Singh, denied claims against him, Aly Goni took to his Instagram stories and revealed the truth. He stated that Krishna was not lying as he knew about the incident, and she had called him when they had locked her inside the room. However, they couldn't reach her as she was shooting far away. Aly was quoted as saying:
"Hi guys, so Krishna ne kal jo bhi kal daal jo jo usne likha hai jiske baare mein likha tha vo insaan aj ab apne post mein daal raha hai ki Krishna jhooth bol rahi hai, jo bilkul jhooth nahi hai kyunki jab Krishna unhone kamre mein band kiya tha. Krishna ne mujhe bhi call kiya tha and vo Mud mein shoot karti thi koi pahuhc nahi paya. But unhone Krishna ko lock kiya. tha. She was crying in the room, she called me, she called Chirag (Krishna's husband) everybody. Obiviously bahut durr tha koi help nahi kar paya. Aaj ye insaan ye sab bol raha hai."

Aly further revealed that the producer had not cleared her dues. They have not completed her payment of Rs. 39 lakhs. He added that it is a big amount, which she earned with hard work. And she will fight for it. Aly further added that if they are telling the truth, then they should give them bank statements, as every transaction on television is done through the bank.

On April 26, 2024, Krishna first time talked about the harassment she faced while shooting for the show. She shared that the last year has been a hell for her as she became subject to depression and anxiety and cried a lot. However, now she has gathered courage to speak her heart and share the ordeal she has been through. Krishan tagged the producer, Kundan Singh in her social media post, and also revealed that she never wanted to work in the show. She wrote:
"I never had the courage to speak my heart out but today I decided not to hold it back anymore. I am going through tough times and last one and a half year was not at all easy for me. I am depressed, anxious and cried my heart out when I was alone. It all started when I started doing my last show" Shubh Shagun" for Dangal TV. That was the worst decision of my life. I never wanted to do it but I listened to others and signed the contract. The production house and the producer @kundan.singh.official has harassed me so many times."
Krishna further revealed a shocking incident when the producer locked her inside the makeup room because she was unwell and decided not to shoot as they were not even paying her. The actress also added that they were banging on her door as they would break it while she was changing clothes. Krishna further revealed that they had not cleared her dues. Her note could be read as:
"They even once Locked me in my makeup room bcz I was unwell and I decided not to shoot bcz they were not paying me for my work plus I was unwell, they were banging my makeup room's door as if they will break it, when I was changing my clothes. They never cleared my payments till date for 5 months. And it's a really big amount. I have been to the production house and dangal office but they never entertained me."
