Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleKylie Jenner has found herself in legal soup once again, as a third employee took matters to court, alleging that the Jenner-Kardashian sister's workload caused significant losses in her personal life, both physically and mentally. Kylie's former private chef recently filed a lawsuit alleging that the strenuous workload and demanding working conditions during her high-risk pregnancy contributed to a miscarriage after one of Kylie's kids' birthday parties at Palm Springs.
The newest lawsuit, reportedly filed Monday, June 22, 2026, in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Kylie's former private chef was subjected to work that demanded extreme physical activities. The complainant (anonymous) had informed her supervisors beforehand that she was in the middle of a high-risk pregnancy and needed reasonable accommodations. The chef, who was reportedly hired in November 2024, had disclosed her pregnancy the following month.
The chef disclosed her condition to her superiors around Christmas. Despite her condition, she alleges she was still expected to work long hours, sometimes 11 to 12 hours, and carry out strenuous physical activities. She recalled the time she was assigned to Kylie Jenner's child's birthday party in Palm Springs back in February 2025. She allegedly became emotionally overwhelmed and experienced severe physical exhaustion, and allegedly suffered heavy bleeding the following morning. She tragically found out that she had miscarried.
The lawsuit accuses Jenner and the business management firm, Tri Star, of pregnancy discrimination, failure to provide reasonable accommodations, wrongful termination, wage violations, and misclassifying the chef as an independent contractor. The former employee is seeking unspecified damages. Neither Jenner nor representatives for Tri Star have publicly responded to the allegations.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder faced two separate workplace lawsuits earlier this year by people who previously worked as Jenner's household staff. Just months before the chef's lawsuit, one of Jenner's former housekeepers alleged that working at the reality star's California home left her traumatised and severely stressed. The housekeeper, Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, alleged that she worked in a hostile and discriminatory environment when she worked at Kylie's Hidden Hills residence between September 2024 and August 2025.
Vasquez claimed that she was often assigned the most difficult cleaning duties at Kylie's house. She was repeatedly humiliated and discriminated against, allegedly because of her race and nationality. However, it should be noted that the lawsuit didn't specifically accuse the reality star of engaging in the alleged discriminatory conduct. Vasquez unstead alleged unnamed supervisors and staff members who made the workplace toxic and left all employee complaints unaddressed.
In an April 2026 filing, Vasquez stated that the hostility from her superiors grew after she reported the alleged mistreatment, resulting in fewer work hours, heavier workloads, disciplinary actions, and ongoing public humiliation. In one example cited in the lawsuit, an unnamed supervisor allegedly tossed hangers toward her feet.
This marks the third official case against the beauty mogul after two other ex-employees made startling revelations about the inhuman working conditions at Kylie's home. Though the lawsuits listed above are the most vocal complaints about the work environment at Kylie Jenner’s workplace, there have been many more cases of this in the past. Following Vasquez’s complaint, a second former housekeeper, Juana Delgado Soto, also filed a separate lawsuit against Jenner for racial discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and failure to prevent workplace misconduct.
For now, all three cases remain pending, and neither of the allegations has been proven in court. There has been no response from Kylie's end after the June 2026 court filing.
