Eventually, in 2015, the couple had tied the knot. A year-and-half later, Shahid and Mira had embraced parenthood with the arrival of their first daughter, Misha. Then, in September 2018, the couple had welcomed their younger son, Zain.

The adorable family was seen at the Mumbai airport as they made their way inside with their kids, Misha and Zain. Their pictures are going viral on the internet, and their fans' reaction is unmissable.

On October 13, 2021, the family was spotted at the airport once again. Shahid asked the paparazzi to maintain distance as he stepped out of the car holding Misha's hand. On the other hand, Mira got Zain out of the car, and then Shahid picked him up in his arms. Shahid donned a black jacket with 'No photography' written on the back.
Shahid and Mira avoid making public appearances with their kids, Misha and Zain. From the last two years, they have also stopped sharing their kids’ pictures on their respective social media handles. Therefore, when their fans finally got a glimpse of Misha and Zain, they were left in awe. The netizens could not believe how much the kids have grown, so quickly.

On August 16, 2021, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput's daughter, Misha Kapoor had turned five, and the doting mommy, Mira had penned a heartmelting wish for her. Mira had taken to her IG stories and had written, "Our life began to play technicolour when you were born my darling Misha. Keep shining, be happy and reach for the stars and the rainbows. You are the light of our lives sweetheart. The Lord's grace in abundance and love forever. Mumma and Papa."
On September 5, 2021, Mira and Shahid's son, Zain, had turned three-year-old. And on his special day, the doting mother, Mira had assembled a toy JCB. Sharing a video of the same on her Instagram handle, Mira had written, "Mom, the Builder. Happy Birthday, my darling son Zain. Your obsession with JCBs and construction sparked the day you could sit with all your cement mixers and road rollers around you, and I’d happily spend two hours building this JCB for you all over again."
