Bollywood's badshaah, Shah Rukh Khan and his wife, Gauri Khan's daughter, Suhana Khan is one of the most popular celebrity kids in the industry. Moreover, the diva even became the brand ambassador of the popular beauty brand, Maybelline. Without a doubt, Suhana has been soaring high on the professional front. And now, the diva has added one more star to her list of achievements as she bought three-row houses worth crores.
According to the latest report in Free Press Journal, it is reported that Shah Rukh Khan's daughter, Suhana Khan recently purchased three lavish row houses. As per the reports, Suhana's lavish properties are located in Thal village, which is near Alibaugh and Kihim Beach. Situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Maharashtra, the properties are surrounded by coconut trees, and it even have tube wells and water tanks.

Suhana shelled an amount of Rs. 12.91 crores to get her hands on the 3,988 square feet of carpet area row houses that come with several amenities. According to the report, Suhana's first-row house has 1,750 square feet, the second one has 420 square feet, on the other hand, the third one has 1,771 square feet of carpet area. Apart from these three-row houses, a cabin of 48 square feet of carpet area is also acquired by the diva.
Suhana paid a stamp duty of Rs. 77.46 lakhs to buy this property, that is spread across 1.5 acres. Moreover, the registration documents were handed over to the actress on June 1, 2023. Suhana's lavish purchase becomes an addition to the Khan's family existing property in Alibaugh, as Shah Rukh already owns a luxury property in the area.
Ever since Suhana and Agastya started working on their first film together, reports about their relationship were rife in the media. Earlier, according to a report in the Hindustan Times, a source from the sets of the film, The Archies, revealed that the duo is a couple and they are not even hiding it. The source also revealed that a few days back, Agastya even introduced Suhana as his partner to his family members when the lovebirds were invited to a Christmas brunch hosted by his paternal family, the Kapoors.

Suhana Khan is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar's film, The Archies. The teaser of the film is already out and fans have been going crazy over Suhana's first glimpses from the film. The film is set in the 1960s and it is an Indian adaptation of the famous comic universe by the same name. It is based on friendship, love, and heartbreaks among teenagers from the same school. Besides Suhana, the film featured Boney Kapoor's daughter, Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, Agastya Nanda.
