According to a report in ETimes, Samantha Ruth Prabhu has become a proud owner of a luxurious house in Hyderabad. Reportedly, the duplex flat is located on the 13th and 14th floors in a posh locality of Hyderabad. It is spread across 7,944 square feet which includes 3,920 square feet on the 13th floor and a duplex area of 4,024 square feet on the 14th floor. As per the reports, the interior of Samantha's house is almost done and it is an amalgamation of modern and earthy tones. Moreover, the property comes with six parking lots. However, the price of the house can surely drop your jaws. It comes with a whopping price tag of Rs. 7.8 crores.

Samantha loves investing in luxurious properties. For instance, earlier, the actress had bought a palatial apartment in the Mumbai suburbs. As per a report in Outlook, the Shaakuntalam actress invested in an expensive property that comes with three-bedrooms and has a beautiful sea view. For the unversed, Samantha's Mumbai apartment comes with a hefty price tag of Rs. 15 crores.
Samantha was earlier married to South Indian actor, Naga Chaitanya. However, the duo parted ways in 2021 after four years of marriage. After their separation, Samantha reportedly bought the same house in Hyderabad in which she used to live with Chaitanya. For the unversed, Samantha and Chaitanya had bought this palatial house located in the plush area of Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad from its owner, Murali Mohan. In an interview with ETimes, the owner of the house had revealed that the actress bought the entire house by herself at a huge loss.
