Sania Mirza is one of the most amazing personalities in the sports industry. The tennis sensation is known for her impeccable game in the field, and the fact that she has bagged some of the most prestigious awards and recognitions for the same. However, contrary to her professional achievements, it has been her personal life that has caught the spotlight in the past couple of months. For the unversed, Sania is married to Pakistani cricketer, Shoaib Malik, and the duo is blessed with a son, Izhaan. Well, for the past couple of months, rumours have been rife that the duo’s marital bliss has hit rock bottom, and the duo might part ways. And yet again, Sania’s cryptic social media post has sparked the speculations another time.
Taking to her IG stories, Sania Mirza dropped a picture note of a post, which had a cryptic message written on it. The note elaborated how communication meant that one cares about their relations, whereas silence meant that one is done with that particular relationship. Well, considering the fact that Sania and her husband, Shoaib have been frequently hitting the headlines for their apparent buzz, this post led everyone to believe that all was certainly not well between the sports couple. Sania’s post can be read as:
“If I am communicating, I care. If I am quiet, I’m done.”

Back in August 2023, Shoaib Malik’s surprising change of Instagram bio had sparked divorce rumours between him and his wife, Sania. Well, initially, Shoaib’s former bio stated that he was the 'husband to a superwoman @mirzasaniar’. However, his changed bio completely removed the use of this particular phrase and only had his identity as the father to his son, Izhaan. Shoaib’s new bio read as:
“Father to One True Blessing.”
While so much has been frequently gossiped and rumoured about the couple, neither Sania nor Shoaib have ever confirmed or denied the same. However, in one of his previous interviews with the Geo News Programme, Score, Shoaib had wittily rubbished all such buzz and instead added that he wished to spend more time with Sania on Eid, but couldn’t do so because of prior work commitments. Moreover, he added that since the latter was busy with her performance in a match going on, he missed her a lot.

Back in May 2023, Sania Mirza had attended an event in Delhi. During the same, she had given an angry response to a journalist, who had asked her about how she manages her career and raising her child at the same time. In her reply, Sania took a dig at her husband, Shoaib and said:
“Jaise wo (Shoaib Malik) manage karte hain, waise main manage karti hu. Aap agar Shoaib Malik ko wo sawaal puchenge, to main bhi aapka jawaab de dungi.”
