After the former manifested marrying the latter in many of her interviews, it was finally on April 14, 2022 that the duo walked down the aisle in a totally dreamy ceremony, attended by their close friends and family. Fast forward to today, the duo are enjoying the best phase of their lives with their little one, Raha. And now, we recently caught a special glimpse of the duo, and it was Ranbir’s exceedingly precious gestures for his wifey that won hearts.
On October 17, 2023, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor arrived at the Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi for the National Film Awards ceremony. For the unversed, this year, Alia has bagged the National Award for Best Actress for the film, Gangubai Kathiawadi. Moreover, she is co-winning the award with Kriti Sanon, who bagged it for the film, Mimi. For the momentous occasion, Alia Bhatt was joined by none other than her biggest cheerleader, Ranbir Kapoor.

And recently, we caught hold of a clip where Alia and Ranbir got candid in an interview with DD National on the red carpet. However, the moment when the interviewer introduces the duo as the ‘man and woman of the moment’, Ranbir could be seen getting a little awkward and gradually walking away from his wifey, so as to let her enjoy the most deserving moment of her career so far.
Well, soon enough, the clip was re-shared on the discussion panel, Reddit, and users started expressing their views on the same. Surely so, a massive section of netizens applauded Ranbir’s gestures, as he seemed to get startled by the honour conferred at an event, where his wifey got honoured. While one user wrote, “Wait he really did move away from the frame for the interview? sweet tbh", another user penned, “It was kind of weird and rude of the interviewer to introduce them as man and woman of the moment. Seems like Ranbir didn't like it either, that's why slipped out of the frame.”

Well, while the National Award win is an exceptional achievement of Alia in her career, the diva chose to make it memorable with her choice of OOTD. At a closer look to the pictures and videos of Alia, one can clearly identify that the diva chose to re-drape her wedding saree, which was exquisitely crafted by the ace designer, Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The diva ditched the veil from her original wedding look and instead accentuated her look with a pearl choker, matching earrings, a neat hair bun adorned with white roses, subtle makeup and a touch of bindi.
