Whenever Sania gets some time off from her jam-packed schedule, she sometimes takes to her Instagram and interacts with her fans and well-wishers.
Lately, through her Instagram story and ‘Ask Me Anything’ feature, she had a chat session with her online fam jam. One of her fans asked her if she has planned the name of the baby. In a media interaction earlier, Sania Mirza shared a secret regarding the name of her and Shoaib's baby. She gushed, “Today I will tell you a secret. My husband and I have spoken about it and we have decided that whenever we have a child, the child will have Mirza Malik as a surname and not just Malik. So that’s where we stand as a family including my husband. He actually wants a daughter.”
Sometime back also, Sania went online and enjoyed having a word with her well-wishers and fans. That time she gave a lot of pregnancy tips or we can say shared her pregnancy experiences. When one of her fans asked, “Face fat/bloating is common issue during pregnancy. How do you manage to have tonned face, Sania shared, “I’ve been lucky I guess… PS-drink lots of water”. Earlier talking about her pregnancy cravings, Sania had cited, “I have gone off sweets like chocolates and that’s good because I would have put on more weight otherwise. But what I crave a lot is spicy food. I am loving those sour ‘chatpatta’ [snacks] stuff like bhel puri. I have gone off red meat too. I am working with a dietician to try to control my weight. I need to get back to playing as soon as possible and therefore I would like to control it [the weight gain].”
Also, Sania snacks on energy bars made from jaggery and dry fruits, and she also manages to drink one glass of milk daily. She revealed, “Calcium is a big must in the third trimester. What you eat reaches the child, so eat what you feel like but make sure it is healthy. I also have a lot of yoghurt because it is great for acidity and because I don’t like milk. Plain yoghurt is non-fattening, has no sugar and full of calcium. Regardless of whether you are pregnant or not, my dietician recommends flaxseed for everyone and I get my fix through roasted flaxseed crackers with an Indian spice tadka.” (Check Out: Shahid Kapoor Holds Preggy Wife Mira Rajput Kapoor's Hands Tightly While Walking, Pure Husband Goals)
She also shared her pregnancy experiences and was quoted as saying, “While every woman’s body reacts differently to pregnancy, it’s unfair to think that you are handicapped for nine months. I’d recommend using this time to prepare your body for the changes that are going to happen in the following months. Begin by staying active and live a normal life; that’s what I did.” (Also Read: Did Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Say 'No' To Sanjay Leela Bhansali Film For Abhishek Bachchan? She Answers)
