With style genes of her dad, Shahid Kapoor and attitude of mommy, Mira Rajput Kapoor, their little cheesecake Misha Kapoor is stealing the limelight from her star Kapoor family and like how. Born on August 26, 2016, Misha is ruling the internet ever since and she is the universe of the entire Kapoor family, who leave no stone unturned to pamper and love the little one to the core. Now they have a little addition in their family, Zain Kapoor and Misha is now a ‘big sister’. While Shahid is now back to his professional commitments after taking paternity leave when his second child Zain was born, Mira with their two children are having their own quality time. We recently spotted Mira travelling along with Misha and Zain at the airport, the destination where they were heading was still unknown. And now, Mira shared on her Insta story a selfie with Misha wherein the mother-daughter duo can be seen striking a cool pose.

On October 25, 2018, Mira shared a picture of Misha with her best friend as they both smiled for the camera and enveloped one another in a hug. Mira captioned the photo as, “Sugar and spice and all things nice... that’s what little girls are made of #bffs #youcansitwithus”.
Mira and Shahid embraced parenthood for the second time on September 5, 2018, with the arrival of their baby boy whom they named Zain Kapoor. Thanking everyone for the wishes, Mira wrote on her Instagram, “Thank you everyone for all the love and blessings… Really grateful for everything.” And Shahid announcing the name of their little one, tweeted, “Zain Kapoor is here and we feel complete. Thank you for all the wishes and blessings. We are overjoyed and so grateful. In an interview after Zain’s birth, Shahid Kapoor’s mother, Neelima Azeem revealed how Misha reacted to the arrival of her little sibling. Neelima ji stated, "It is definitely a sweet and exciting part in her life. Now, she has got a brother and a companion. Misha is basically a very soft and tender child. She is full of energy and fun, there is a lot of sweetness in her. Even when she goes to the beach, she will play with the puppies and babies there.. she is like that with everyone and now it is her own brother. But, of course, it is a little emotional adjustment for all the children so that will happen. But I think her parents are handling that very beautifully. They are balancing the act nicely. All the credit goes to Mira and Shahid."
During her pregnancy, Mira in an interview with Vogue shared that this time the arrival of the newborn will be altogether a different experience as they already have a toddler at home. They will have to make a balance at home so that Misha doesn’t feel neglected. Mira had stated, “This time I already have a toddler around and keeping a balance between the one you have and the one that's on its way is very important. Everything changes and you don't want that the one who has been the apple of your eyes for so long and feels that she's the center of your world to feel neglected and ignored. That is very important.”
On the podcast, Take 2 with Anupama Chopra and Rajeev Masand, Shahid was asked which movie is he looking forward to watch with Misha. Shahid replied, "Only cartoons nursery rhymes and all yaar. Something for her some really great animation film or sound of music or something maybe like you know West Side Story or which is exciting for her as a child to watch because you know you like those kind of things at that age so I rediscover that with her you know rather than giving us something I like really not my idea of watching a movie with my daughter or whatever she likes and learning to enjoy with her you know."
