According to a report in India Today, Malaika and Arjun are all set to the knot in less than two months from now on. Stop before you do your hurrays’ for the couple. The another interesting scoop is that they will be having a white wedding. That’s right, now you can get all excited! A source revealed that the couple will be having a Christian wedding in April this year.
Well, looks like Malaika is following her sister Amrita Arora’s footsteps, as the former actress too married Shakeel Ladak in a Christian ceremony. Recently, Karan too dropped hints of Malaika’s wedding on his show, Koffee With Karan season 6, wherein Kareena Kapoor Khan and Priyanka Chopra were called as guests. In midst of their conversation of who’s dating who in Bollywood, Karan played his gossip card and got around the hot topic of Malaika and Arjun. He asked Kareena about the two, and remarked, “And I believe, you will be a bridesmaid, right?” To which Kareena gave a shy smile. Malaika, who is a gorgeous mom to a 15-year-old-son, Arhaan Khan, talked about her divorce in an interview with Kareena Kapoor Khan for her radio show, What Women Want. The reality show, India's Got Talent judge opened up about the odds of her decision. The show started with the kind of advice she received during the process, to which she had said, “I think sab ki pehli yehi raai hai ki mat karna. Koi aapko nahi kahega ki, 'Haan, haan, please jayiye, kariye.' That's the first thing, ki aap soch samajh ke yeh decision lena. I went through the same thing.”
She further went on to talk about the night before she got divorced and stated, “Even the night before I got divorced, I had my family sit with me and ask me yet again, 'Are you sure? Are you 100 percent about your decision?' So I think that was something I heard all along and rightly so. These are the people who worry and care so they will definitely say that.”
For those who don’t know, Malaika and Arjun’s dating rumour started making the rounds when a picture of them sitting together as a couple from Lakme Fashion Week 2018, went viral on the internet. The media mills were sure that they will soon make it official but it never happened. From holding hands on the sets to taking a mini birthday trip, the two kept playing hide and seek with the media and fans. And, while we all know the truth, looks like we have to wait a little more before the cat gets out of the bag and the couple makes an official announcement.
