After being spotted sitting together at Lakme Fashion Week and walking hand-in-hand at the Milan airport, Malaika Arora Khan and Arjun Kapoor's relationship has definitely set the tongues wagging. Lately, their rumoured relationship has been making it to the headlines every now and then and has become the daily fodder for the gossip mills, courtesy their frequent public appearances. The grapevine has been abuzz that Malaika Arora Khan and Arjun Kapoor will soon make their relationship official. Now, according to the latest reports, Malaika and Arjun are all set to tie the knot in 2019 and might soon go official about their relationship. Confirming the same to Filmfare, a source close to the couple was quoted as saying, “Malaika and Arjun are extremely fond of each other. They have never really spoken about each other but they are extremely happy in their own personal space. In a steady relationship now, Malaika and Arjun plan to take their relationship to next level and tie the knot next year.”
Recently, as per a report in Deccan Chronicle, a source had stated, "Malaika is no longer keen to hide her proximity to Arjun. When she was with Arbaaz, the Khan family, especially Salman, made their disapproval very clear. But now that she has broken away from Arbaaz, she sees no reason to be coy about her closeness to Arjun. Besides, Arbaaz is also seeing someone else now."
Malaika Arora was earlier married to Arbaaz Khan, but this once-madly-in-love couple parted their ways after 18 years of marital bliss. Malaika and Arbaaz are proud parents to a 15-year-old son, Arhaan Khan. Malaika’s brewing proximity with Arjun was speculated to be the major reason behind her separation with Arbaaz. Arjun and Malaika have been linked together for several years now. And now, even Arbaaz has moved on in his life and dating an Italian model, Giorgia Andriani.
Arbaaz recently confirmed his relationship with Giorgia. As per the Times Of India reports, a source had shared, “While most B-town stars keep mum about their love life, Arbaaz has let the cat out of the bag, stating he has dated women in the past and has had relationships with a few that ended faster than he expected. But Khan admitted that he is dating and doesn’t want to “rush about anything.” While saying that he didn’t know where this relationship with Giorgia is headed, he pointed out that everyone else seems to know.”
Arjun’s dadi, Nirmal Kapoor issued a “threat and a request, a bribe and a command” to him that he get married soon. She gave him an envelope on his birthday, which had, “To Arjun Kapoor, with love dadi. Jaldi shaadi karo. From Mrs Nirmal Kapoor”, written on it. And Arjun shared it on his Instagram and captioned the pic as, “When ur Dadi’s gift is a threat and request along with a bribe and command all rolled into one!!! @nirmalkapoorbombay #bossgrandma”. Speaking about the same in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Arjun revealed his marriage plans and stated, “Dadi has never articulated her feelings so firmly. Before this, it was all said in jest, this time she’s put a tick to it. And since she has few expectations from me, I intend to fulfil this demand at the right time with the right person.” During an interview for HT Cafe, Arjun was quoted as saying, "I'll get married when Rhea and Anshula do. It could take two, four or even six years, I don't know."
Recently, Arjun went to Italy to celebrate Malaika’s 45th birthday on October 23, 2018, and hey returned to Mumbai on October 24, 2018, on the same flight but avoided getting clicked on the airport together. In one of the pictures from her trip that Malaika shared on her Instagram, she wrote, “We found LOVE in a hopeless place… He looks at me like nobody else does with...” and ended it with a red heart emoji.
