Alia Bhatt once again proved her acting mettle with her character of 'Rani Chatterjee', in the film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Apart from her impeccable dialogue delivery and on-point expressions, Alia's wardrobe, too, grabbed many eyeballs. Well, luckily, now anyone can embrace Alia's glam with her chiffon and organza sarees, as the entire Manish Malhotra's collection was up for sale.

Recently, a Reddit user shared a series of screengrabs from Manish Malhotra's official website. In the pictures, we can see Alia Bhatt dressed in pretty organza and chiffon sarees, which were designed for her character of 'Rani Chatterjee' in the film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. However, the user pointed out that the sarees were priced at hefty amounts and wrote:

"The prices of the sarees of Alia Bhatt’s character Rani designed by Manish Malhotra. What do you think about it?"

Netizens react to the overly-priced Manish Malhotra's sarees for Alia Bhatt

Now that the elegant sarees are mostly sold out on the designer's official website, netizens are reacting to the same. Taking to the post's comment section, people slammed Manish Malhotra for the overly-priced collection. While some claimed that the dupes of these sarees can be bought at a much lower cost, others mentioned that Alia's sarees are way too hyped. Check out the netizens' reaction below:

After wrapping up the shoot of Tum Kya Mile, Alia Bhatt interacted with Karan Johar in her vlog and asked him about his experience of shooting the song. Calling it a turbulent shoot, KJo apologised to Alia for making her shoot in a chiffon saree for the song after her delivery. Karan also shared how actors do not get credit for working in extreme weather conditions and added:

“We have covered the length and breadth of Kashmir. We have shot in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Srinagar. I have combated a viral, you had your baby. I find it really tough how both the lead actors, in this extreme climate, where there is also a fan blowing so that their hair flies and then they have to look romantic, sensuous and swing all those emotions in sub temperature, we don’t give credit, it’s crazy.”

When Alia Bhatt shared her experience of returning to work immediately after her C-section

On July 4, 2023, Alia Bhatt took to her IG stories and hosted a Q&A session with her fans. During the same, one of her fans asked the new mommy about her experience shooting for the song, Tum Kya Mile, post her pregnancy. To which, Alia said that going back to work immediately after postpartum is not an easy task for any new mom. She also dropped a picture of herself from the last day of the shoot, wherein she looked tired. Her note can be read as:

"This was from the last day of shoot... I look tired but satisfied! Going back to work as a new mom in any profession will never be easy .. you feel various emotions all at once not to mention the major physical difference in ur energy .. but I am very grateful & feel very privileged and supported by a team and crew that was understanding. I feel for new mothers everywhere ... especially those who have to resume work immediately Postpartum cause it's never easy."
