Alia Bhatt and her hubby, Ranbir Kapoor are over the moon as they are expecting their first baby together. Ever since Alia had announced her pregnancy, there have been various reports around the same. From Ranbir shopping for baby clothes to Alia wrapping up her work commitments, social media is abuzz with a lot of stories about Alia’s pregnancy.
For the unversed, it was on June 27, 2022, when Ali Bhatt had taken to her IG handle and had surprised everyone by announcing the news of her pregnancy. She had posted two pictures, where the first picture had featured Alia and Ranbir in the hospital, having her sonography done, and looking at the monitor, beaming with happiness. The second picture had consisted of a lion and lioness along with a cub. Along with the pictures, Alia had written:
“Our baby ….. coming soon.”

On June 28, 2022, ace fashion designer, Manish Malhotra took to his IG stories and posted an adorable selfie with Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar. Alia, who is in London currently, shooting for her Hollywood debut film, Heart of Stone, took some time off to spend a sunny London day with Karan and Manish. In the picture, the soon-to-be mommy, Alia donned a white shirt with gold hoop earrings and black sunnies. As she flaunted her flawless skin, we couldn’t help but notice her pregnancy glow.
After announcing her pregnancy, Alia Bhatt had taken to her IG stories on June 28, 2022, and had thanked all her well-wishers. She had posted a picture with Ranbir from one of their wedding festivities, in which the duo could be seen sitting with folded hands and laughing their hearts out. Atop the beautiful picture, the stunning actress had written:
“Overwhelmed with all the love. I have tried to read everyone's messages and good wishes and all I want to say is , it truly feels so special to celebrate such a big moment of our lives with all the love and blessings. Thank you to every single one of you."

In an interview with HT Café, Alia Bhatt’s mother, Soni Razdan had confirmed her daughter’s pregnancy and had revealed the family’s reaction to it. Sharing her happiness over the same, Soni had said:
“We are overjoyed and overwhelmed. Words really don’t do justice to this moment. I am just so so happy for Ranbir and Alia and for all of us. There is nothing greater or more profound in this world than bringing another life into it."
On the work front, Alia will be next seen in Brahmastra along with Ranbir Kapoor.
