Add BollywoodShaadis on GoogleMumbai had a starry evening on Saturday night at the lavish wedding of NCP (SP) leader Supriya Sule’s daughter. Shah Rukh Khan set the dance floor on fire, the Ambani family made a magnificent presence, and Revati Sule's wedding has become one of the most talked-about weddings of the year.
On June 20, 2026, Revati Sule, daughter of Supriya Sule and granddaughter of prominent politician Sharad Pawar, married businessman Sarang Lekhani in a magnificent wedding at Mumbai’s Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex. While the celebrity guests made headlines, the question on many lips was: Who is the man who stole Supriya's daughter's heart?
The wedding was a big affair in all senses, and there is no doubt about it. It was attended by an ensemble of celebrities, including the A-listers of Bollywood. Salman Khan came wearing his new bald appearance and an all-black suit. Jaya Bachchan and daughter Shweta Bachchan were seen with Amitabh Bachchan, while Ranbir Kapoor surprised everyone with his clean-shaven look.
The Ambani family was also present at the event, together with Mukesh, Nita, Anant, and Radhika Ambani. Nita and Radhika stole the show in ivory and cream-silver embellished sarees, multi-coloured gemstone necklaces, emerald earrings, and diamond bracelets, whereas the father-son duo arrived in black. Political leaders, including Raj Thackeray, Uddhav Thackeray, and Aditya Thackeray, were also spotted at the grand affair.
Even though she belongs to one of Maharashtra's most influential political families, Revati Sule has largely stayed away from the spotlight. Her mother, Supriya Sule, is the working national president of the Sharad Pawar group of the Nationalist Congress Party. Her father, Sadanand Bhalchandra Sule, is a businessman and has also stayed away from politics.
Revati did her graduation in economics from St Xavier's College, Mumbai, and later did her master's in public administration from the London School of Economics. She maintains a low profile but has been spotted campaigning for her mother during elections, often alongside her then fiancé, Sarang Lakhani.
While not directly from politics, Sarang Lakhani hails from one of Nagpur's most prominent business families. His father, Arun Lakhani, is the managing director and CEO of the leading infrastructure conglomerate, the Vishwaraj Group. The company is well known for its extensive work in water management infrastructure and sustainability projects across India. Sarang currently serves as the executive director of the Vishwaraj Group.
But Sarang Lakhani's entrepreneurial identity is one of several credentials. Looking at his educational background, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Nagpur University and thereafter completed executive education at IIM Bangalore. In 2023, he earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
Beyond the boardroom, however, Sarang has also made a name for himself in sports. The young entrepreneur has represented India in a number of National and international badminton competitions in the past, including the Canada Open Grand Prix in 2017 and the Dutch Open Grand Prix in 2016. The exact figures of his net worth are not revealed, but his organization is known to manage multi-billion-rupee projects across India and beyond.
The wedding of Revati and Sarang at the Jio World Convention Centre was beautiful in every sense. The newlyweds looked gorgeous in ivory-white attire on the big day. Revati, the bride, was decked in a stunning white bridal outfit with intricate embroidery and delicate embellishments. She completed the ensemble with jewels and a traditional veil. Sarang added a burst of colour to his coordinated wedding attire with an emerald necklace and complemented his wife in an elegant white sherwani.
However, the show-stealer moment was when King Khan surprised the bride and groom during the sangeet night, dancing to his iconic song, Koi Mil Gaya, from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Videos of SRK striking his signature pose and interacting with the Sule family have since taken the internet by storm. Singer Rahul Vaidya also performed at the celebrations.
The marriage marks the official union of the influential Pawar-Sule family and one of Nagpur's leading business dynasties. Here's wishing Revati and Sarang a lifetime of love and happiness together.
