Khloe Kardashian Recalls Walking In On Ex, Lamar Odom's 'Orgy' With 20 People Before Their Divorce

During the latest episode of The Kardashians, Khloe and her mother, Kris Jenner, recalled that they once tracked Lamar Odom down to a hotel when he was struggling with substance abuse. However, they were shocked when they saw him in a compromising situation with around 20 people.
Khloe Kardashian recalls finding Lamar Odom at a hotel
During the episode of their reality TV show, Kris and Khloe recalled that they got information about Lamar's whereabouts. In turn, they decided to find him due to his constant struggle with substance abuse. The momager recalled that they thought they needed to get him out of a dangerous situation because he was being held hostage by a few people. But eventually the sight left them stunned. In Kris' words:
"(We thought) We're going to extract him from the situation because he's being held hostage by these hookers."
Khloe then described that her security team "burst into his room" at the hotel. Simultaneously, she and Kris saw around 20 people inside. However, Lamar wasn't held hostage. Recalling the sight, Khloe said:
"And all I saw [was] they were literally having a circle jerk. There were 20 people in the room."
Eventually, Khloe asked everyone to leave, while Kris recalled that she swept drugs from the room into the trash. Notably, the incident took place when Lamar was going through a difficult time in their life. His substance abuse increased to a level that it began to affect his marriage and personal relationships.
In fact, Khloe also joked that she would never date someone she considers a "freak" again. She even clarified that her future partner shouldn't be into orgies, group sexual encounters, or hard drugs.
For those who don't know, Khloe and Lamar tied the knot on September 27, 2009. Incidentally, it was just a month after they met at a party. Needless to say, the whirlwind romance attracted a lot of attention. Later, they also featured together in their reality TV show, Khloe and Lamar. Moreover, the couple also launched a fragrance line called Unbreakable Bond.
However, things soon went downhill for the-then couple because Lamar struggled with substance abuse and infidelity. Khloe filed for divorce in December 2013, but she had to delay the proceedings owing to Lamar's ill-health.
He suffered a near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel in October 2015. It led to six heart attacks, 12 strokes, and a coma for three days. Since their divorce wasn't finalized, Khloe was legally his next of kin. So, she paused the divorce case to support his medical care and recovery.
After Lamar's condition improved, she again filed for divorce in May 2016. Eventually, it was finalized in December 2016. Later, they reunited on The Kardashians, but Khloe clarified that she wasn't interested in getting back together with him. Since then, Khloe and Lamar's bond has strained, and she even expressed her disappointment over Lamar's comments on their marriage.

Lamar Odom has continued to make headlines after his divorce. He is reportedly dating Los Angeles-based real estate agent Rachel Bradley. They made their relationship official in April 2026. Meanwhile, he has also continued to share more about his personal life and recovery. The former basketball player joined OnlyFans in October 2026. He explained that it is a way for him to connect with his fans and share more personal experiences.
Moreover, Lamar's girlfriend has also reportedly launched an account on the platform. In March 2026, Netflix also released Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom. It is a documentary that explores his basketball career, near-fatal overdose, and relationship with Khloe. He has also completed his 100 days of sobriety.
