Now, recent reports have claimed that pregnant Jen has filed for divorce from her husband, Zac Affleck. Only a month ago, Jen shared that Zac threatened to divorce her if she pursued an on-screen relationship. A recent report by PEOPLE also revealed the current status of Jen and Zac's relationship, as the former has opted to step away from their marriage.

In June 2026, Jen Affleck revealed that she and Zac were expecting their fourth child. Following that, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star also opened up about grappling with prenatal depression and medical issues during her first trimester. Now, in the wake of Jen filing for divorce, PEOPLE reported that a source has revealed that the couple is focused on welcoming their fourth child and also supporting their three kids.
The same source also revealed that Zac is doing 'okay'. Previously, Jen talked about the support that she received from her husband, Zac, when she was not doing well during her first trimester. She stated that she was 'deathly ill' and relied on Zac to look after their kids, mentioning, 'he didn’t really have a choice'. While the couple has been navigating a lot behind closed doors, Jen acknowledged the support she received from her husband during this tough time.
Speaking of their divorce, TMZ recently revealed that Zac won't be telling his side of the story in the show's spin-off, Season 1 of the new Orange County-based reality series, which will only feature Jen. Production sources revealed to the outlet that Zac didn't film even a single episode before Jen pulled the plug on their marriage. TMZ first broke the news about Jen filing for divorce, adding that she submitted a proposed parenting plan alongside her divorce petition.

During an episode of their show, Jen and Zac discussed the former's dreams about her career, and she expressed her wish to be in a Sports Illustrated photoshoot. The episode also showed Jen's desire to pursue acting and her breaking down, recalling how she couldn't get an offer, which Zac thought was hormonal.
Jen went on to add that she didn't feel Zac was taking her dreams seriously. According to Jen, if Zac wanted, he would support her in achieving her dreams. He countered that he has supported her in each of her dreams. To this, Jen revealed that Zac threatened divorce if she acted in an on-screen relationship. She said:
"You literally said, ‘If you do acting, if you’re in a relationship with someone, I want a divorce'. So that just told me everything I needed to know.”
