Nia Sharma is a popular TV actress, and recently, her role in Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment Season 3 was completely unmissable. Now, the actress shared shocking details on her Instagram feed about concerns regarding an alleged fraudulent talent agency circulating in the entertainment industry. It seems the celebrity manager did manage Nia, as the actress called him out in her Instagram Stories, condemning his fraudulent practices and expressing her frustration with the unethical work he performed. She exposed him completely on her social media feed and also spoke about non-payment of dues.
Nia Sharma, a while back on March 7, 2026, took to her Instagram handle to share a post saying that she does not like to pollute her social media feed with negativity. However, some people have to be exposed. Nia took to her Instagram Story to speak about the celebrity manager, Ujit Singh, who founded the fraudulent talent agency Gulmohar Talent Management. Reportedly, Udit was looking after Nia's work, as in her strongly worded post, Nia penned:
"Yeh hai woh celebrity manager joh celebs ki payment kha jaate hai. And then talk about launching new office. Beware of these douches. Yeh log credibility and goodwill ki baat karte hai. @Ujit Singh celebrity manager. Gulmohar talent management agency. Tags and comments section tak open nahi rakh sakte. They know gaaliyan kitni aaegi. Influencers around Delhi NCR please be aware of this Gulmohar agency scammers."
Nia Sharma spoke about how the talent agency company did not even pay stars after their campaigns were completed. She attached the proofs of stars who complained about non-payment of dues. Nia shared a snap of Ujit Singh, exposed the agency left, right, and centre, and in her post spoke about how there are people who have no morals or ethics left. In her post, she spoke about how she has had respect in the industry and has been paid well on time. In her words:
"I after all these years have enough respect to be paid well within time without a single chase by the biggest production houses or networks ..then How do I let myself be taken for a ride by these morons.Not happening! I shall chase you down wherever you think you are operating from! Don’t you dare chase actors for campaigns and don’t you dare build your page on their names!"
Nia Sharma, referring to the celebrity manager Udit, revealed that such people pollute the industry's working system. This is because they are always hiding and keep getting away. Nia spoke about how Ujit has not paid many actors after they did campaigns, and his office is always shut. His employers are also liars, and the actress addressed the legal notice that came her way, which she asserted was generated by ChatGPT. In her words:
"P.S the legal notice that you’ve mailed through a chat GPT , batti bana ke daal le use.. don’t try to come at someone who’s built herself with nothing but honour. This is a message to even others who’re getting away with these shitty practices .. Do not do it. Move with honor and respect. Do not cheat people of their money when everyone is eventually making a living with nothing but hardwork. Do not pollute the space or else shut your offices first thing. To other, Be good enough to file tds at the year end.. the chase is unnecessary and irritating and next would be you!"
