The Pima County Sheriff's Office has officially arrested three people, amid Nancy Guthrie's kidnapping case.
It looks like there is finally some relief in the kidnapping case of Savannah Guthrie's mother, Nancy! Well, for the unversed, it all began nearly four months ago, on February 1, 2026, when Nancy went missing from her home. Soon, her family filed a complaint and eventually it was revealed that she got kidnapped. Now, after more than 100 days, the authorities have arrested three people. However, are they related to Nancy's case? Continue reading to know the truth.
Recently, the Pima County Sheriff's Office shared a much-awaited update on Nancy's kidnapping case and revealed that they have arrested three people, who were spotted getting involved in unacceptable activities around Nancy's house. According to the officials, the three people named Alexander Zabel Jr., Troy Bradshaw and Damian Enderle. Zabel Jr. were blocking roads, trespassing on private property and creating disturbance. PCSO, a while ago, shared:
"Deputies initially issued warnings, followed by the posting of no-trespassing signs and the issuance of citations for violations. Despite those efforts, some individuals continued to disregard the law."
According to the officials, the three people have been charged for obstructing the highway, public nuisance and more. If reports are to be believed, Alexander and Troy have been booked for Pima County Adult Detention Center. Confirming the arrest, the Pima County Sheriff's Office shared a statement, in which they made it clear that they won’t be tolerating any nuisance or violations of the law. The officials were quoted as saying:
"Sheriff Nanos will no longer tolerate behavior that disrupts the community or violates the law. Effective immediately, individuals found in violation of the law may be cited and released on a first offense. However, repeat offenders may be arrested and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex on charges of public nuisance under Arizona Revised Statute 13-2917, a Class 2 misdemeanor."
Well, it is worth mentioning that even though the three people created a mess in the neighbourhood from where Nancy Guthrie got kidnapped, they are not directly connected with her kidnapping. As per the officials, they have only been charged for obstruction and nuisance. As of now, the Pima County Sheriff's Office has not revealed any information that confirms their involvement in Nancy Guthrie’s kidnapping.
It's been more than four months that Nancy Guthrie has been missing. Ever since the official investigation has begun, there have been multiple theories circulating online. As of now, there is no major update about Nancy's whereabouts. However, in the past few weeks, multiple human bones have been discovered around Nancy's home. After proper analysis, it was revealed that they are decades old and not related to Nancy. A few days ago, reports claimed that Savannah has hired a private investigator, who can help in finding her mother.
Coming to the official investigation, in the past few days, multiple netizens have slammed the authorities for not making a single arrest in the Nancy Guthrie’s missing case. However, recently, Chris Nanos, who is leading the investigation defended his team and explained:
"It’s just not a detective goes out there, talks to somebody, and we can make an arrest. This is a very sensitive case, but what really makes it prolonged is we do rely on labs. When you’re looking at those labs and the work they do, you have a science there, and science has rules that it has to go by. Even though it’s not, DNA they’ll tell you isn’t an exact science, it’s 99% plus."
