Back in April 2026, a video showing Avika Gor and Milind Chandwani sparked pregnancy buzz. In the viral video, the Balika Vadhu actress was seen feeling nauseous, while Milind told paps to shut the cameras. The clip went viral and sparked pregnancy rumours. Soon after the video surfaced online, netizens flooded the comment section. A user wrote, "Aww, good news is coming."
Another user commented, "Pregnancy announce karne ka tareeka thoda casual hai." A third user penned, "Jaise shadi media ke samne ki thi, waise bhi pregnancy symptoms bhi media ke samne ho honge." Many users called it poor acting. However, some users slammed the negative comments. A user wrote, "Acting nhi lag rahi. Actors hai iska matlab yeh nhi 24hrs acting kerege kisi normal insaan ko bi aise hota hai. Hai toh yeh bi insaan hi bhai, toh please no negative comments."
In a recent interview with Filmy Gyan, Avika spoke in detail about the particular video. The Balika Vadhu actress shared that they wanted people to talk about the fake pregnancy. She mentioned that there were people who got the idea of creating something like a fake pregnancy soon after her marriage to Milind. However, it was not real, and both Avika and Milind acted like pros. In her words:
"We wanted people to talk about it, and people did. And so great idea, I mean congratulations to the people who got the idea of creating something like this. Attention toh bohot mila. Par mujhe hasi bohot arahi thi because you know, maine toh acting ki hi ki mujhe ulti arahi hai. I think people have already seen the video. Did you see Milind’s acting? He was like, no, no, please don’t. What a pro."
Now, netizens have reacted to the clip showing Avika. A user wrote, "Iss baat par bhi acting krna. Yaar, ye woh phase hota hai ki. Ek ladki ki zindagi change hoti hai. Aur aapko, ye bhi karna hota hai. Popularity ke liye." Another user commented, "This is called cheap PR." A third user penned, "How can u fake pregnancy?" Avika Gor and Milind Chandwani's love story
Avika and Milind first crossed paths in Hyderabad in 2020 through mutual friends. While Avika instantly felt a spark, Milind kept her in the friend zone for six months. On June 11, 2025, the Balika Vadhu actress shared glimpses of their roka and engagement ceremony on her Instagram handle. Sharing the snaps, Avika wrote:
"He asked. I smiled, I cried and screamed the easiest yes of my life! I'm full of filmy — background score, slow-mo dreams, mascara running and all. He's logical, calm, and 'let's carry a first-aid kit just in case.' So when he asked, the heroine in me took over — arms in the air, tears in my eyes, and zero network in my brain. Because of real love? It may not always be perfect. But it is. Magical."
The couple tied the knot on the sets of Pati, Patni Aur Panga and their marriage was telecast on national television. Speaking about her decision to get married on national television, Avika shared that it was deeply personal. In her words:
"I’ve been in the public eye since 2008, and the love and blessings I’ve received from people have been overwhelming. I wanted my audience, who have been such an important part of my journey, to also be a part of this special moment."
