Sara's death came as a shock, and her followers on social media have been mourning her demise. Sara was 43 years old and a mother of two kids.
Apparently, Sara issued several protective orders against her husband, Jeremiah, and just before her tragic killing, she revealed that her husband was a paedophile. In the last protective order, which was issued last month, Sara reportedly alleged that her husband was seen kissing one of the children from a basketball team that he coached. Sara Gilson's son witnessed the shooting, while her daughter was being compensated
Sara Gilson was a mom of two, a daughter and a son. Her social media is filled with some adorable posts of the devoted mother. Sara's kids had to go through a tumultuous episode as well, involving their father, Jeremiah and his actions. If the reports are to be believed, Sara Gilson was shot to death by her husband, and it was her son who witnessed the shooting. It was her son who called 911 after the shooting took place. Following the brutal murder of the TikToker, Jeremiah reportedly took his own life as well.
Speaking of their daughter, reportedly, in one of her protective orders against Jeremiah, Sara alleged that her husband was even compensating her daughter to remain silent about some of his inappropriate messages and behaviour. Following the death of Sara, a GoFundMe page has been launched to help her children. According to the fundraising campaign, Sara's children were the centre of her life, and she loved them fiercely.
Sara wanted to give her children their best lives and continued to work hard towards her goal. The journey is undoubtedly going to be tough for the kids, and to help them with counselling, education, funeral expenses, and other expenses, the campaign was launched. Speaking of Sara as a devoted mother, the campaign mentioned:
"Her children were the centre of her world, and everything she did was for them. She loved them fiercely, worked hard to provide for them, and dreamed of giving them the best life possible."
Sara Gilson's bond with her kids and her last post
It was on June 22, 2026, when Sara took to her social media handle and shared her children's adorable photos. Sharing the photos, the proud mom revealed that the little ones are growing up. The late TikToker's whole social media is filled with glimpses of her children. In one of the social media posts, Sara called herself the luckiest girl in the world, and that was because she had her two beautiful kids with her.
Another post featured Sara being goofy with her daughter, and in the caption, she light-heartedly commented that her kids considered her to be crazy only. Sara's last post was from her Miami trip with her girls' gang. The post was from July 3, 2026, and in the caption she stated that it was the best weekend trip of her life.
