Alorah Ziva, an 18-year-old influencer, has found herself in the spotlight after she filed a critical lawsuit against controversial streamer Braden Peters, better known as Clavicular. She has made serious accusations of battery, fraud, and emotional distress in the matter. While the lawsuit quickly became a topic of discussion on social media, Clavicular had denied all the allegations. In turn, it marks the beginning of a major legal battle between the two. Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, better known as Alorah Ziva, is an 18-year-old social media influencer. She is known as one of the most popular female influencers in the 'looksmaxxing' community. For those unaware, looksmaxxing is a social media trend meant to improve physical appearance through extreme grooming, fitness, and sometimes controversial body modification methods. Alroah has built a large and loyal following on her Instagram and TikTok profiles by sharing beauty advice, fashion content, and self-improvement videos.
According to TMZ, the 18-year-old is now making headlines for filing legal charges against Clavicular. She claimed that she first met him when she was still a minor. The streamer reportedly paid her USD 1,000 to film lookmaxing videos and assured her of his help in growing her online career as a "female face" in the movement. According to Rolling Stone, she visited his family home in Cape Cod with the intention of it being a significant career opportunity for her. However, things turned out differently, causing more trouble.

Alorah alleged in her lawsuit that Clavicular gave her excessive amounts of alcohol until she became visibly intoxicated. In turn, she accused him of engaging in sexual activity with her without her consent. The 18-year-old influencer also accused him of using unauthorized cosmetic procedures on her during a livestream on Kick. According to her complaint, Clavicular used Aqualyx on her, which is a fat-dissolving treatment. But the U.S. Food and Drug Administration does not approve it, and she alleged that he used it on her face without permission.

Another serious claim by Alorah has been that the streamer might have mixed methamphetamine into the injection he gave her. At the same time, People shared that the influencer's court filings state that after the injection, she appeared visibly distorted on camera. So, she believes that the substance might have contained methamphetamine or another undisclosed drug. Meanwhile, Clavicular had previously confessed that he used methamphetamine to reduce appetite, adding more attention to Alorah's allegations.
Clavicular has denied Alorah Ziva's accusations in the court filings. Since the case has entered legal proceedings, she is now seeking damages of more than USD 50,000 for battery, fraud, and intentionally causing her emotional distress. The 18-year-old also accused him of using her name and image in monetized content without her approval. Meanwhile, her attorney, Andrew Moss, told the outlet that the allegations "speak for themselves" and that they are ready for the legal battle ahead.
On the other hand, Steve Kramer, who represents Clavicular, has denied the allegations. He stated that the accusations are not proven, and the streamer disputes the incidents. He alleged that the 20-year-old has decided to defend himself through the legal system. At the same time, Clavicular is also facing separate legal charges after he was taken into custody in March 2026 for battery charges in another case. In Steve's words:
"These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself."

He mostly makes content about controversial methods for improving appearance, such as bone-smashing, in which facial bones are repeatedly fractured to reshape the jawline. His extreme content and self-improvement coaching help him earn over USD 100,000 every month through streaming and online courses. But on the flip side, he has been in controversy for using steroids since his teenage years and using methamphetamine to manage his weight. A few days ago, he was hospitalized after an alleged overdose, which has raised questions over his behavior and lifestyle.
