We have often witnessed instances of fights and fallout when two big actors work together in Bollywood. Time and again, there have been many fights that grabbed a lot of eyeballs, as B-Town celebrities fail to control their anger. While many spats went unnoticed, others made a lot of noise in Tinseltown. And one of them to fall in the latter category was the rift between Shahid Kapoor and Fardeen Khan during the shoot of their film, Fida.
Shahid Kapoor and Fardeen Khan collaborated for the 2004 film, Fida. While the movie was a commercial flop, the chemistry between Fardeen and the lead actress, Kareena Kapoor and the music of the film was memorable. It so happened that the film had a steamy scene between Fardeen and Kareena, which lead to a massive fight between Shahid and Fardeen on set. Reportedly, the two stars came to blows, and things got back to normal only after a lot of persuasion.

Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan first teamed up for the film, Fida and fell in love with each other during the film’s shoot. After that, the duo dated each other for four years, before officially parting ways. During those days, they made headlines for all the wrong reasons when they were together. And Kareena's steamy scenes with Fardeen Khan was one of the reasons behind their massive fight that became news back then.
During the shoot of Fida, Shahid Kapoor had issues with Kareena’s hot scenes with Fardeen Khan, which made things tense between the two male actors. Reportedly, the hot scenes between Fardeen and Kareena had made Shahid Kapoor quite uncomfortable and insecure, and he was not okay with it. Years later, Fardeen Khan opened up about the rift and called the Kabir Singh actor quite immature. The Fida actor said:
“Yes, it’s true we aren’t the best of friends. Shahid and I don’t get along. But it wasn’t a big fight. I had heard that he was b*tching about me. He is quite immature. He had a few issues and I had told him to stop talking about me. I and Kareena are strictly friends. By virtue of our spending time together, the degree of trust and comfort is higher. But there is nothing more to it.”

Later, when Shahid Kapoor appeared on Koffee With Karan, he also spoke about the alleged rift between him and Fardeen Khan and revealed that he didn't have any issues with him. However, Shahid mentioned that instead of talking things out in person, Fardeen chose to say things in print, which was not good. Shahid said:
“I personally don’t have any issues with him. And if he had any issues, he could simply called up and had spoken about it, but he chose to talk about it in the print so what else I do say.”
Shahid Kapoor was once madly in love with Kareena Kapoor, and their romance was the talk of the town. Reportedly, it was Bebo who took the first step and confessed her love for Shahid to embark on their romantic relationship. The ex-lovers didn't shy away from talking about their relationship and always made a statement by swooning everyone with their public appearances. The two were inseparable. But little did they know that their passionate love affair would turn into an obsession, which would eventually end their relationship.
For the unversed, Fida was released in 2004 starring Shahid Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
