Nothing can define Kareena Kapoor Khan better than an all-rounder superstar and a fabulous mommy. From her much-debated size zero in 2009 to losing 20 kgs of her post-pregnancy weight, Bebo has proved that nothing is impossible with a healthy diet and regular workouts. Every time a glimpse of Kareena emerges on the social media from her Pilates or yoga session, the internet goes on a spasm. Taking the term ‘motivation’ to a whole new level and following Kareena Kapoor Khan’s fitness commitment, her son, Taimur Ali Khan is on his way to becoming the cutest and youngest fitness sensation of B-town. We have seen Taimur accompanying his star parents, Kareena and Saif Ali Khan to the gym quite often, but baby Tim’s latest video will make us forget the cheesiest pizza and would motivate us to register for a gym subscription asap!

To mark Ganesh Chaturthi 2019, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Babita, Hiroo Johar, Armaan Jain and his fiancee, Anissa Malhotra along with kids, Kiaan Raj Kapoor, Taimur Ali Khan, Roohi Johar and Yash Johar got together at Rima Jain’s abode to seek blessings from Lord Ganesha before bidding him adieu. Karisma had shared glimpses from the celebrations and in one video, we can spot baby Tim chanting ‘Mangal Moorti Morya’ with his mamu, Armaan and cousin, Kiaan! Karisma had captioned the video as “#ganpatibappamoriya #family @therealarmaanjain @anissamalhotra @rimosky.”

 

 

And it was then, when Armaan Jain treated Taimur Ali Khan’s fans with a glimpse of baby Tim doing bicycle crunches with him. Dressed in white kurta-pyjama, baby Tim could be seen acing the bicycle crunches as his mamu, Armaan teaches him. Given that his mommy, Kareena Kapoor Khan is a fitness freak, it comes as no surprise that Taimur nails the crunches like a pro! Armaan also shared a picture with Taimur holding tambourine and captioned it as “Hey Mr. Tambourine Man, play a song for me!” (swipe right for the video)

 

 

 

Kareena Kapoor Khan, the fabulous mama and a much-admired superstar, has completely transformed herself from a superstar (she still is and will always be) to the Begum of Pataudi, and we are in awe of her! Even her husband, Saif Ali Khan and their son, Taimur Ali Khan are also fitness freaks. Proving this with an instance sometime back, Kareena’s nutritionist, Rujuta Diwekar had shared a picture of Bebo’s mirror selfie, wherein we could spot baby Tim and Saif in the mirror. There have been multiple videos and pictures of Kareena Kapoor Khan, indulging in her workout routine that had gone viral on social media. But, her latest one with Taimur Ali Khan too, in the frame had grabbed our attention. As Bebo rigorously practised her yoga routine at her home, the little one sat on the treadmill by her side and adorably watched her doing Surya Namaskar. Taimur undoubtedly stole the limelight from Kareena, and his cute expressions had confused us over whom to look. Veer debutante, Zareen Khan had commented on the video, "Very confused whom to look at" and we could totally relate to her comment!

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s personal trainer, Namrata Purohit, who has seen her grow from strength to strength post-delivery of Taimur Ali Khan, had commented on Bebo’s workout routine. Sharing the same with the Vogue, Namrata had said, “Kareena first got in touch with me after Taimur was born. Malaika (Arora), whom I've been working with for the past four years, had recommended her to me. I asked to try a class first which she really enjoyed, and she signed up straight away after the session.”

 

 

Namrata Purohit had continued, “We meet for Pilates around three-four times a week, sometimes more if she's in town. A typical Pilates session starts around 12 noon and lasts for 45 minutes. We work on full-body workouts with the Cadillac, ladder barrels and the jump board. The Reformer is her favourite thing in the world. Since there is potential for 500-600 different exercises on the machine, we are constantly experimenting and trying different footwork and challenges to keep things interesting. When she is travelling, she actually tells me that she's missing the class and has a craving for the Reformer.”

 

 

Through her pregnancy and post the delivery, Kareena Kapoor Khan has always made sure that her body receives its due nutrition. Namrata Purohit had confirmed the same, “With Kareena, the focus is always on eating enough food to ensure that the different forms of nutrition are obtained. Regardless of the diet you are following, it is important to ensure that you are eating enough to fuel your body. We both do love to indulge though, and have our allotted cheat meals once a week, usually with pasta.”

Revealing her workout routine, Namrata Purohit had stated, “Kareena has been doing Pilates with me since February. Initially, she had to lose some weight to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. Therefore, her routine had a lot of cardiovascular exercises and she would do Pilates once or twice a week. Now that Kareena has lost a lot of weight, she is focusing more on getting super toned. She does Pilates with me four-five times a week and tries her best to not miss a workout. She still does cardio two-three times a week as well.
