Ever since Smriti Khanna and Gautam Gupta have embraced their parenthood journey, they have been sharing snippets of their life with their baby girl, Anayka on their Instagram handle. And there is no doubt that their fans anxiously wait for their doll's picture every day which brightens up everyone's mood.
On July 15, 2020, Smriti took to her Instagram stories and posted a picture of her daughter, Anayka. But it was her funny caption that made us laugh our hearts out. The actress captioned the picture as "Mr Alok Nath in the house". Smriti also took to her daughter's Instagram page, Anayka Gupta and posted a couple of pictures of her baby girl as she turned three-months-old. In the picture, we can see Anayka looking gorgeous in a pink dress, which was gifted to her by her maasi. On July 6, 2020, Smriti had turned a year older and her baby girl, Anayka had shown off her fashionista style. The actress had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted a picture of her smiling little doll. In the picture, we could see Anayka donning a yellow giraffe shirt with floral white pants. Her look was completed with matching mittens and a cute hairband. Smriti had captioned the pictures as "This has by far been the best birthday. Forever grateful for this beautiful life! After Anayka's birth, Smriti had talked about postpartum depression in an interview with The Times of India. She had shared, "I have realised that even if you speak good on social media and educate people about pregnancy and mother, haters will still troll you. I felt that people did not discuss much about pregnancy, weight issues, breastfeeding and I feel these topics should come out openly in our society because there are so many myths and women struggle all their life to lose weight. There are so many times that this becomes a matter of depression for them. They stop stepping out because they are not looking a certain way or not fitting into their dress. Some women are scared to get pregnant. There is postpartum depression and it is a big thing and it is not spoken in India."
