It was on March 9, 2019, when the elder son of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, Akash Ambani had tied the knot with his childhood sweetheart, Shloka Mehta. After more than a year-and-a-half of becoming husband and wife, Akash and Shloka had become papa and mumma on December 10, 2020, when they had welcomed their son, Prithvi Akash Ambani.
To announce, Prithvi Akash Ambani’s birth, the Ambani family’s spokesperson had released an official statement. Welcoming the next generation of the Ambanis, the statement had also revealed the health update of Shloka and the then-newborn baby. It could be read as:
"With the grace and blessings of Lord Krishna, Shloka and Akash Ambani became proud parents of a baby boy today in Mumbai. Nita and Mukesh Ambani are delighted to become grandparents for the first time, as they welcomed the great-grandson of Dhirubhai and Kokilaben Ambani. Both mother and son are doing well. The new arrival has brought immense joy to the entire Mehta and Ambani families."

A few moments back, Akash and Shloka's little munchkin, Prithvi was spotted by the paparazzi as he steps out with his mommy from his school. In the pictures, Shloka was seen carrying Prithvi in her arms as she picks him up on the first day of his school. On the other hand, Prithvi looked adorable as he carried a paper sunflower from his school activity and stared cluelessly at the paps clicking his pictures.
On December 10, 2021, Prithvi Akash Ambani had turned one, and a fan page of Akash Ambani had posted a picture of the little munchkin with his dadu, Mukesh Ambani. In the picture, Prithvi had looked adorable as he had twinned with his dadu in a white kurta-pyjama. Prithvi had layered his kurta with a red bandhani printed Nehru jacket, whereas Mukesh Ambani had opted for a maroon Nehru jacket.
On January 11, 2022, Akash Ambani's fan page had posted pictures from Akash Ambani's son, Prithvi Akash Ambani’s first birthday party. From his scrumptious crowned teddy-themed cake to cute teddy cupcakes, lick lollies and brownies and to the return gifts wrapped with ‘Prince Prithivi’-themed wrapping paper, had proved that the Ambani clan's youngest member is indeed a prince in the making.

On December 28, 2021, Mukesh Ambani, while addressing his colleagues, friends and family, had shared his new journey of being a grandparent. He had started his speech by welcoming the newest member of the Ambanis and had revealed that he had brought immense joy and happiness to their lives. He had said:
"Prithvi is the newest member of our family. Over the last year, he has brought boundless joy to our lives. I am sure all parents and grandparents amongst you have experienced the same joy."
