It’s been more than a month since the brown girl, Shibani Dandekar teased her followers by posting a picture of herself walking down a street, holding hands with a ‘mystery man’. While everyone guessed it to be multi-talented, Farhan Akhtar, he himself confirmed it by sharing the same capture on his Instagram handle, captioning it with a heart. Though Shibani and Farhan have been tight-lipped about their ‘brimming with love relationship’, their social media PDA seems to be fueling the fire. Giving yet another proof of their relationship, Shibani posted a video of her dancing with a friend, Ed Cowan with the backdrop of a beautiful beach in Sydney, Australia. But what caught our attention is the song to which Shibani is grooving with her friend!
Shibani Dandekar is shaking her legs on the song, Senorita from her boyfriend, Farhan Akhtar’s film, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. She captioned the video as, “Some Bondi swag!! how cool are we @eddiecowan ??? Had so much fun with you bro! @australia @espncricinfo @sydney #thatbrowngirl #Undiscoveraustralia…”
Meiyang Chang, who appeared on Farhan’s show, I Can Do That as a contestant with Shibani, did not miss the chance to tease her. Chang commented on the video, "I see your love for Farhan Akhtar will never fade", followed by a grinning emoji. Check out the screenshot here:
We must say, nice choice of the song, Shibani! Doesn’t she look drop-dead gorgeous in her beach attire? Just like their pictures, this video also hints at the love between Shibani and Farhan. On August 27, 2018, i.e. Shibani’s 38th birthday, the doting boyfriend, Farhan left no stone unturned to make it special for her. Sharing an Insta story of Shibani relishing the yummylicious dessert, Farhan wrote, “Happy birthday Shibani Dandekar" backed up by kiss emojis, atop the photo. Recently, Farhan was blamed for knowing his cousin, Sajid Khan’s wrongdoings and still doing nothing about it. Sajid has been accused for sexual harassment by many women including Simran Suri, Rachel White and Priyanka Bose. Even Aisha fame, Amrita Puri tagged Sajid as ‘creep’ and tweeted, “It was fairly well known that @SimplySajidK is a creep and is completely inappropriate as far as his conduct with women goes. I was warned to stay away from him if I ever came across him. I refuse to believe that it has come as a surprise to ppl from the industry or his family."
To which Farhan replied, “I deeply resent your insinuation that me or my family knew of his behaviour yet did nothing. Your anger is justified. Your conspiracy theories not. @_Amrita_Puri”. Farhan also condemned Sajid’s actions and wrote in another tweet, "I cannot adequately stress how shocked, disappointed and heartbroken I am to read the stories about Sajid’s behaviour. I don’t know how but he will have to find a way to atone for his alleged actions."
Just like caring girlfriend, Shibani jumped in support of her boyfriend, Farhan and wrote on Twitter, "Instead of holding the culprit responsible for gross misconduct are we really blaming and shaming family members for not knowing???? really??" Shibani Dandekar and Farhan Akhtar met each other in 2015 on the sets of a TV show, I Can Do That. If the reports are to be believed, Farhan and Shibani have been dating each other for over six months now. While exploring their love for travel recently, Shibani and Farhan went for a trek in Vancouver.
