Situations like these are no different when it comes to our favourite celebs. Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor welcomed their baby boy on September 05, 2018. Since the news of the arrival of Shahid and Mira’s second baby came by, everybody started speculating baby boy names for him. And putting an end to all speculations, Shahid tweeted the name of his baby boy. The tweet could be read as, “Zain Kapoor is here and we feel complete. Thank you for all the wishes and blessings. We are overjoyed and so grateful. Love to all.” And do you know the meaning of Zain? It means grace and beauty.
These days, the promotions of Shahid’s soon-to-release film, Batti Gul Meter Chalu is keeping him busy. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Shahid was asked about who had kept Zain’s name. To this, the Haider star replied, “We kind of decided both the names together when we were having our first baby. So, when the boy happened to be, we stuck to Zain." Now, we have an answer!
Isn’t it wonderful? In a chat with Times Now, a few days before her delivery, Mira was asked about the name of her baby. To which she had replied, “We haven't decided the name of the baby yet. In fact, we are open to all suggestions. Misha’s name was Shahid's selection. So, this time, I might get to select the name.” The beautiful mommy had then further shared, “This time I already have a toddler around and keeping a balance between the one you have and the one that's on its way is very important. Everything changes and you don't want that the one who has been the apple of your eyes for so long and feels that she's the center of your world to feel neglected and ignored. Shahid was juggling through a tough time soon after he welcomed his second baby. From daughter Misha suffering from high fever, taking care of wifey Mira to his latest film promotions, Shahid braved through all difficulties like a pro. A source had shared with Pinkvilla, “Shahid hasn’t slept a wink for the past 30-35 hours as he is taking care of his daughter Misha who is keeping unwell. He even cancelled his shoot for India’s Best Dramebaaaz as he wanted to be there for Mira, who is currently recovering post-pregnancy, Misha and their baby boy Zain. The team of Batti Gul Meter Chalu also didn’t go."
Shahid’s thoughtful wife, Mira’s recent Instagram story also depicted a strong message. With gifts for Zain pouring in at the Kapoor household, Mira requested her followers to not send any gifts for Zain. Her Insta story could be read as, “Thank you to all those who have sent beautiful gifts for Zain. We are so fortunate and extremely grateful for all we have, but there are families and babies who are much more in need. Please send your products/gifts to those in need instead and make another baby’s world a happier place.” (Don't Miss! But how did ‘big sister’ Misha react on having a baby brother? Shahid’s momma, Neelima Azeem shared, "It is definitely a sweet and exciting part in her life. Now, she has got a brother and a companion. Misha is basically a very soft and tender child. She is full of energy and fun, there is a lot of sweetness in her. Even when she goes to the beach, she will play with the puppies and babies there.. she is like that with everyone and now it is her own brother. But, of course, it is a little emotional adjustment for all the children so that will happen. But I think her parents are handling that very beautifully. They are balancing the act nicely. All the credit goes to Mira and Shahid."
