Shah Rukh Khan is all set to enthral his audience yet again, with his upcoming film, Jawan. The film promises to bring back King Khan in a never-seen-before avatar. While the trailer, looks and a few songs have already been released, making the audience go gaga over them, people are nevertheless ardently waiting to catch the first day, first show of the film. For the unversed, Jawan is all set to be released on September 7, 2023.
The makers of the film, Jawan recently released an unfiltered clip of Shah Rukh Khan, where he answered some of the most interesting questions pertaining to the buzz around his next film, as well as his life. From one of them, SRK can be seen responding as to why he chooses to do action movies of lately. To this, King Khan revealed that action films are his way to impress his own kids. Elaborating more on it, he mentioned that he does such kinds of films, keeping in mind that his children, Aryan, Suhana and AbRam would find them cool enough for their age. In his words:
“One day my elder son and my daughter told me that I will have to do films which are cool for the youngest, Abram. I think the only cool thing he likes is all these anime and action films. I decided to be a superhero. Then I thought I did not look good in spandex. I got into bandages. That’s why this action film. Honestly, I do action films because my kids get very impressed that I have some cool things, six-pack abs. There is no other reason I should do action films.”

Moving further in the clip, Shah Rukh Khan recalled the time during the Covid outbreak, when Atlee first narrated to him the script of Jawan. SRK mentioned that on reading the very first line, Atlee informed him that the entire plot revolved around him and the five ladies, who will be with him. Sharing how both Atlee and his wife had trust that SRK would be the perfect choice to nail such a plotline, the actor mentioned:
“Covid happened, I was just sitting at home. He just came to see me in Mumbai and he said, I have a film and I found it very interesting. The first line he told me about the film was this it is you sir with five girls. My wife and I really feel that you look the nicest when you have a bunch of ladies with you in a film.”
When it comes to him being a father, SRK is quite a protective one at that, as he always ensures that his children’s wishes and desires are his top most priority. Proof of the same was found when once, during his social media interaction with a fan, SRK gave a composed and deep-meaning answer when asked about how he dealt with the situation when his son, Aryan got arrested in a drug case. He had responded to the question tactfully by saying, “One has to believe that good will always outweigh the bad…".

In one of his earlier #AskSRK sessions with his fans, post the prevue launch of Jawan, Shah Rukh had responded to one of his fans’ queries about what his youngest son, AbRam likes from the same. To this, the doting daddy revealed that his little one simply loves the whistle part of the title song.
