Every Bollywood fan is waiting for their favourite celeb couple, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone to get married. With the rumours which are doing the rounds for quite some time now, it looks like the wedding is not far behind for #DeepVeer. The reports suggested that they got engaged in Sri Lanka on Deepika’s birthday (January 5, 2018). But when they came back from their vacation, there was no ring spotted on Deepika’s finger.
The latest buzz on the #DeepVeer’s impending wedding is that the couple will be having a destination wedding. Following the footsteps of Virat and Anushka, the lovebirds will have a beach wedding followed by two reception functions. According to an entertainment portal, a source was quoted as saying, “Yes, Ranveer and Deepika are getting married this year and it is going to be a destination wedding. They both are beach bums and you can expect a beach wedding. It will be an intimate affair though with just close family and friends in attendance.”
The source also revealed that they will host two reception functions, one in Mumbai for their industry friends and another in Banglore, as Deepika’s family hails from there. Though they haven’t announced anything officially, there are strong rumours about it is spreading like fire. And as we all know, there is no smoke without fire! The couple has bagged in lots of success and love for their film, Padmaavat but apart from it, they are in headlines for their wedding rumours. This might be the 1000th rumour that we have heard about Deepika and Ranveer’s wedding, but every rumour of now seems to be stronger than the earlier one.
The couple has never been vocal about their relationship, but their PDAs are enough to tell the tale. When Deepika appeared on Neha Dhupia’s chat show BFFs with Vogue on Colors Infinity, Neha asked her about the rumours of her getting engaged on her vacation with Ranveer in Sri Lanka. Deepika retorted, “I was not engaged”, after which Neha asked her to show her ring finger to check if there’s a tan line or not. She exclaimed that her tan is very evident, which means she was sporting a ring on her vacation. Reverting to the same, Deepika’s sister Anisha said, “She has been engaged successively for the last four years.”
On the same show, when Deepika was asked who the best kisser in the industry is, she said, “Ranveer Singh is the best kisser in the business.” In another interview, Deepika opened up about her feelings like never before. She remarked that when she is with Ranveer, they both don’t need anything or anyone else. They both are comfortable in each other’s presence. On Deepika’s birthday, the reports suggested that she got a Sabyasachi saree and an expensive diamond set as a birthday gift from Ranveer’s family.
Ranveer and Deepika are seeing each other for around 4 years now, and with all such rumours, it seems like their wedding day is not far. Deepika’s father Prakash Padukone has given his daughter the freedom to make her decisions. And even in the case of marriage, she is free to decide what she wants to do.
Deepika and Ranveer fans are too excited to see them as Mr and Mrs, and so are we. They truly make an ideal couple!
