Bollywood actress, Priyanka Chopra is a global star, who enjoys unparalleled stardom in India as well as in the US. Priyanka got married to her beau, Nick Jonas, on December 1, 2018. Later, in 2022, the couple welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, via surrogacy. Recently, PeeCee visited India with her daughter, Malti and her husband, Nick Jonas, and the trio had a gala time in Mumbai. Now, the actress revealed some interesting details about Malti's first-ever trip to India.
In an interview with The Tribune, Priyanka Chopra opened up about her daughter, Malti Marie's first trip to India and shared how her priorities have changed after embracing motherhood. Mentioning that since Malti has reached a certain age and is healthy now, the doting mommy added that she and Nick can travel with her. Revealing how her little munchkin ate paneer with both hands at her nani's place, Priyanka said:
“My hours have changed, they have become less. I go home whenever I have a break. I don’t work on the weekends. In a way, my priorities have changed. Now she has reached a certain age and is healthy, and we can travel with her. We have brought her to India, and now she is sitting at my mother’s home and eating paneer with both her hands.”

During her stay in India, Priyanka was on a promotional spree for her upcoming web series, Citadel, whereas Malti got all the pampering and love from her grandmother. On April 4, 2023, Dr Madhu Chopra took to her IG stories and shared a super cute picture with her granddaughter, Malti. The picture showed the duo looking at each other and sharing a candid moment together. Madhu was seen holding Malti in her arms, who looked cute in a white-hued printed frock paired with a floral hairband. The little munchkin was also seen flaunting her tiny earrings.
During a press conference, while promoting her web series, Citadel, Priyanka Chopra opened up about her daughter, Malti’s food habits and revealed that her baby girl might look like her father, Nick Jonas, but she is a real Chopra. Talking about the same, the loving mommy added that Malti loves Indian food, especially matar paneer and biryani. PeeCee also shared that just like the Chopras, her little one also loves spicy chatpata food.

On March 31, 2023, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas along with their baby girl, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas arrived in India. For her first visit to India, the little one was seen dressed in a white-hued frock with blue stripes all over it. Her short dress featured ruffled sleeves and a round neckline. Malti looked amazed as she saw a lot of people gathered outside the airport and paps pointing their cameras at her to click lovely pictures.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will soon make her OTT debut with the series, Citadel.
