Priyanka Chopra also revealed that she did not want to date Nick Jonas at the beginning when he first approached her. Citing the reason behind the same, the actress shared that she always wanted to have kids, but she wasn't sure if Nick would want to have kids at the age of 25. Adding that she likes to spend time with kids and party with them more than adults, PeeCee said:
"I always knew I wanted kids and that was one of the reasons I didn’t want to date Nick because I was like I don’t know if he would want kids at 25. I love kids, I have worked with kids at UNICEF, I have volunteered at kids’ hospitals, I am like a kid whisperer, and I would rather spend time with children than with adults. I love kids, all our parties are kids and dogs friendly, at our house, you can bring them anytime.”
Further in the conversation, Priyanka mentioned that the biological clock is real and advised all her younger friends to save money and freeze their eggs. Sharing that it gets harder to get pregnant after 35, especially for women who have been working all their lives, she added that freezing their eggs will give them power over their biological clock. Elaborating on the same, she said:
“My mom had said this to me, and I did do it for myself as well. I tell all my younger friends that the biological clock is for real. It gets so much harder to get pregnant after 35 and to carry to term and all of that. Especially with women that have been working all their lives. I tell people you save money for a car, do it for this Christmas, this is the best gift you will give yourself because you are taking the power of your biological clock. You can work for till however long, your eggs will be of the same age as when you froze them.”
Earlier, in an interview with British Vogue, Priyanka Chopra talked about the special feeling of being Malti's mommy and revealed the real reason why she opted for surrogacy to bring her baby into this world.
