With just a few days left for one of the biggest weddings of the year that of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, the wedding festivities have already started. Unlike Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, Priyanka and Nick didn’t make any official announcement regarding their marriage, but the preparations and hungama all around are clearing the air every now and then. As per the rumour mills, today i.e. on November 28, 2018, it is Nickyanka’s pre-wedding puja ceremony.
But before jumping on to the bride-to-be and groom-to-be’s puja looks, let us tell you the tentative itinerary of their lavish pre-wedding ceremonies. Tomorrow, on November 29, 2018, Priyanka will host a mehendi ceremony at Umaid Bhawan Palace, followed by a sangeet ceremony. The following day on November 30, 2018, the couple will be hosting a cocktail party for their close friends and family. Lastly, on December 1, 2018, there will be a haldi ceremony. Coming back to the puja ceremony, Priyanka and Nick have already reached the venue i.e. the actress’s mother, Madhu Chopra’s house in suburbs. While PeeCee is looking drop-dead gorgeous in her powder blue palazzo suit with silver work, Nick is looking dapper in a pastel pink coloured kurta pyjama. In addition to this, Nick’s brother, Joe Jonas and sister-in-law, Sophie Turner have also arrived at the venue for the auspicious puja ceremony. Here are the pictures:
For the ones who don’t know, we just recently shared with you that Priyanka and Nick will be giving a silver coin to every guest of theirs as a token of love. Moreover, the coin is going to have their initials on one side and Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi on the other side. A source close to the couple had revealed, "They both liked the design very much and the coin soon went into the making. Not much back and forth was involved”. Also, to tell you all, the reason why we are saying this is one of the grandest weddings of the decade is for the fact that choppers have been booked to reach the wedding venue. Since Priyanka doesn’t want anyone to click her as she reaches the Udaipur, so there is a chopper booked for November 29 and December 3. As per the report, “Only one helicopter has been booked for November 29 and December 3. Priyanka will be boarding the helicopter from Udaipur and the helicopter will directly land at Umaid Bhawan Palace on November 29. She will be returning to Udaipur on December 3 by boarding the helicopter from the wedding venue itself. We are yet to receive the names of the people boarding the helicopter from Udaipur. Nick Jonas might join her as well. The same helicopter has also been booked to ferry guests from Jodhpur airport to Umaid Bhawan Palace. The helicopter will take five-six rounds to ferry the guests.”
Revealing his love story, Nick shared with a leading daily, “We met through a friend. We got connected first over text and we started talking for a while. It was about six months before we met up in person. We actually attended the MET Gala, a few years ago together and had a great time.
