Television actors, Pankhuri Awasthy and Gautam Rode are on cloud nine these days as the couple are expecting their first child soon. For the unversed, the duo got married in 2018 and thereafter in 2023 announced the upcoming new chapter in their lives through an adorable caricature video that covered nearly all stages of the couple’s life.
Taking to her IG handle on April 15, 2023, mommy-to-be, Pankhuri Awasthy dropped a stunning video featuring herself going on a date with her husband, Gautam Rode. While the first few glimpses of the video showcased the couple as they drove off to their venue, the later glimpses were too stunning to be missed. The expectant parents looked gorgeous as they twinned in black. While Gautam looked dashing in a black shirt teamed with matching pants and shoes, it was Pankhuri who looked adorable. The mommy-to-be looked pretty in a black-hued midi dress that featured white polka dots all over it. She teamed it with a sling bag and completed her look with open tresses and nude makeup and statement earrings. However, it was her cute baby bump that stole the show.

Pankhuri Awasthy is enjoying her maternity phase to the fullest and she has been leaving no stone unturned to make it all the more memorable. For instance, on March 14, 2023, the actress along with her hubby, Gautam stepped out for a late-night coffee date. Taking to her IG stories, she dropped a beautiful picture of the duo, and it was Pankhuri’s unmissable pregnancy glow that won hearts.
Right from day one, Pankhuri has been quite open about sharing everything about entering the new chapter in her life. For instance, on March 14, 2023, she had taken to her IG handle and dropped a tell-all video of her pregnancy journey right from day one. She revealed that their pregnancy was a planned one and that they had made decisions about it after two years of marriage. In her words:
“So Gautam and I, we had decided that we will start a family after two years of marriage, but that didn't happen because work took persistence and then there was corona while everybody was getting pregnant we were just chilling. We actually started considering getting pregnant seriously in the fourth year of marriage.”

On April 6, 2023, Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy announced their ‘good news’ to the world. Taking to their IG handle in a collaborative post, they shared a caricature post for the same. The video featured we could see clapper boards revealing different stages of the couple’s life, right from their dating, marriage and finally to the stage of their pregnancy.
