On March 25, 2020, Neil Nitin Mukesh had taken to his IG handle to give a glimpse of his family and his daughter, Nurvi celebrating Gudi Padwa. Posting an adorable video of Nurvi, the little one was cuddled in the arms of her doting father, Neil and ringing the bell with grace during the family’s Gudi Padwa ceremony. We can also hear the aarti of Maa Durga in the background, as the camera had shown us the glimpses of Neil’s temple. Along with the video, Neil had written a sweet little caption that can be read as "HAPPY NAVRATRI, HAPPY GUDI PADWA."

In an interaction with ETimes, Neil Nitin Mukesh had revealed how the family already knew that Nurvi is a musical kid. Neil had remarked, “We always knew she was a musical child. Ever since she was an infant she would respond to my father singing to her, listening to music and beaming with a smile. But as she grew up, she started responding to music even more and expressing her love for it through her dance. Both Rukmini and I love dancing and seeing us, she was initially inspired but the tables have turned. Now, she is the one who comes to me daily in the evening and says “Papa Gaana” that is my call for playing music and letting her dance away.”

Neil Nitin Mukesh calls the lockdown a blessing in disguise as it has given him a chance to spend quality time with his family. Neil had stated, “Well honestly, I am not the one of those who believes in the word Break. The last 20 years have been mad hectic. And now all of a sudden there is a plug pulled on all movement and growth. Ever since Nurvi was born, I was quite tied up. But this lockdown has been a blessing in disguise for us as a family. We have a good routine of managing the home, the kitchen, our workouts and Nurvi, considering that we don’t have domestic help other than a nanny. I am busy with writing and developing a few of my next films and web shows that we were developing in my production. Nurvi is our entertainment number 1.” (Also Read: Sania Mirza's Son, Izhaan Becomes 'Picasso' For The Day But It Didn't Turn Out As Planned)
