On August 14, 2019, Nehha Pendse had taken to her Instagram handle and had introduced the love of her life, Shardul Singh Bayas. Since then all her fans had been anxiously waiting for the big day. On December 31, 2019, Nehha and Shradul’s pre-wedding functions had begun with the ‘grahmukh puja’. The gorgeous Nehha had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared glimpses of the same. Nehha had looked beautiful in a traditional Marathi attire as she sat with her parents for the puja in a red-coloured saree and a pearl mundavlya on her forehead.
On January 5, 2020, Nehha and Shardul had tied the knot in a traditional wedding in Pune. In an interview with the SpotboyE, Nehha revealed her honeymoon plans and said that they are planning to head to Japan for their honeymoon in April. The reason cited by her for postponing the honeymoon is due to her work commitments. The actress, who has to shoot for a Marathi film, will resume her work in 10-15 days and has a couple of other projects too, to finish before heading for her honeymoon.
Nehha had looked gorgeous in her traditional Marathi wedding. She had opted for a pastel-pink Nauvari saree and aced her Maharashtrian bridal look. She had accentuated her look with hair tied in a bun, adorned with flowers, pearl and jadau jewellery, a crescent moon bindi, a traditional nath and green bangles. On the other hand, Shardul had complemented his bride in an off-white and pink-coloured sherwani and a matching safa. In a post-wedding interview with the SpotboyE, Nehha Pendse had revealed that she was in two-three relationships before she lost her heart to Shardul Singh Bayas. She had also revealed that Shardul was married twice before marrying her. Revealing the details of the same, she had stated, "Yes, Shardul has had 2 marriages and has two lovely daughters, one each from his previous shaadis. As I told you yesterday, he hadn't hidden anything from me. I knew about it, much before I got married to him. And think of it, so what if he had married twice before he married me? Life doesn't stop. Shardul does the balancing act very well. It's all very positive."
Nehha had also admitted that her then-boyfriend, Shardul had confessed his past relationships to her. She had stated, “Even he has had his own ups and downs. When he proposed to me, I said dating can stay aside for a while; I did find him very interesting though because he is extremely intelligent. He's well-read, well-travelled, his exposure to the world is the next level. So, I was definitely intrigued by him as a person. I love to talk to people with whom I can gain knowledge. I don't like frivolous talks. Yes, I did share with him about my break-ups.”
In an interview with The Times of India, Nehha Pendse Bayas had expressed her happiness on getting married and thanked the people in her life for making her journey ‘beautiful and worthy’. Nehha had said, "I am so happy to be in this phase. I am marrying the man of my dreams and entering into a new and amazing family. They are beautiful humans and I can't wait to start my life there. It's the best feeling of my life. I can't thank enough all the people in my life who made this occasion so beautiful and worthy."
