In an interview with Zoom, Kusha Kapila was asked about the inappropriate comments that she received after announcing her separation from her estranged husband. To this, the influencer revealed that she has a strong support system as her family, friends, and colleagues, who just come out and protect her. Kusha further mentioned that it is natural to receive such hate online as a public person. Speaking more about the same, Kusha shared that what she believes is that kuch to log kehenge, logo ka kaam hain kehna, so she continues to make her skin thicker every day. Kusha shared:
"I do understand that this is a part of being a public person like if you're profiting off being a public person, I understand that this is now a part of that. Kuch toh log kahenge logon ka kaam hai kehna and which was going to happen. I think my life now is in the service of making my skin thicker and thicker every day. And that's just what I work towards literally every day I have to be immune, I have to be thick-skinned and the scars will begin to heal soon enough.
In the same interview, Kusha was asked how she dealt with her mental health. The diva mentioned that she is really connected to her friends and family, and there's nothing there about which she cannot open up in front of her close ones. Sharing more details about the same, Kusha also mentioned that she has found enough distraction to keep herself busy but at the same time, she wants to keep her healing process private. Elaborating more on the same, Kusha mentioned:
"And I feel like I have enough distractions and I'm filling up my life with enough things to distract myself for sure. But I also feel like this - you want to keep your process of healing and feeling better private, because it's secret, and all you want to do is respect all parties involved. So as much as I'd like to protect it with a lock and the key thrown somewhere in the abyss, the better it will be for all of the people who are attached to this."
In the same interview, Kusha was asked about her ongoing dating rumours with Arjun Kapoor. To this, the actress shared that she doesn't want to dignify the story with any kind of response. Kusha shared:
"Honestly, I don’t want to dignify this story with any kind of response."
