Ameesha Patel is one of the most talented actresses in Bollywood. She never shies away from making her fans go gaga over her divine beauty and top-notch acting skills. The brilliant actress started her career with the blockbuster movie, Kaho Naa.. Pyaar hai, alongside Hrithik Roshan. For the unversed, the actress has been beaming with success with her recent release, Gadar 2. For a while now, Ameesha has been sharing some unheard anecdotes from her life. The same happened again as Ameesha talked about his debut film co-star, Hrithik.
In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Ameesha Patel stated that she keeps in touch with the Greek God of Bollywood, Hrithik Roshan. Not only just with him, Amessha shared she also has a cordial bond with Rakesh Roshan, who even sent her a heartwarming message to congratulate her for Gadar 2.

Moreover, talking about the same, Ameesha walked down the memory lane and recalled the days after her and Hrithik's first film was released. Sharing how nothing was working for the actor, Ameesha shared she and Hrithik used to discuss the same on the sets. The actress stated that while on some days, Hrithik used to be the most powerful man, on other days, his films weren't working, and people weren't accepting his films. Elaborating more on the same, Ameesha stated:
"He and I used to discuss this on set… On one Friday, Hrithik Roshan becomes the most powerful man after the PM in this country, and the next Friday, people are not accepting his films. What kind of world is this? But I think Hrithik is a demi-god, he’s a Greek god, he’s a superstar forever. Good talent can never be shaken."
During the same conversation, Ameesha Patel shared that she felt really sad after watching Hrithik being dragged by some people. The actress shared how people used to call Hrithik a one-film wonder and compared him with others. Talking more about the same, Ameesha stated:
"They said he’s a one-film wonder, and they began comparing him to previous one-film wonders. It’s such a sad tag to give to someone. And when I heard that announcement, three years later, of Rakesh uncle with Koi… Mil Gaya, I was like, ‘Now he’s going to come back’.”
Going further in the interview, Ameesha Patel shared how Hrithik used to stay disturbed. The actress also recalled a time when she talked to the actor, and he said to her that he had been giving flop movies back to back while she had given another massive hit, Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. Sharing more details about the same, Ameesha mentioned:
"He used to be very disturbed, of course. Our first film was such a massive hit, of course the downfall is going to hit you harder. And he’s telling me, ‘But Ameesha, aapne toh dusri film Gadar de di, main flop de raha hoon aap Gadar de rahe ho (But you did Gadar and I gave flops)’. I told him not to worry, because the tables will inevitably turn.”
Earlier, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Ameesha Patel had revealed Kareena Kapoor, who was selected as 'Sonia' in KNPH, never backed out of the movie. The actress shared that it was Rakesh Roshan who asked Bebo to leave as they had differences. Sharing the details about the same, Ameesha also stated how she ended up playing the lead role in her debut film. The actress mentioned that Rakesh met her at a wedding ceremony and invited her for lunch, and soon after that, she was offered the film.

Earlier in an interview with ETimes, Amessha Patel was asked if she would like to do a movie with Hrithik Roshan again. To this, the actress shared that she would love to reunite with him, and while she and Hrithik's first film was a romantic thriller, the next film can be a cute love story with a touch of comedy and a lot of dance. The talented artist also stated that, just like Sunny Deol, she has good chemistry with Hrithik, too. And as they both debuted together, people would surely love them back together on the screens, just like Gadar 2.
