However, the ex-manager of the nightclub revealed that on the night of the alleged incident, both Katy and Ruby had 'way too much to drink'. The manager did put his foot down and claim that he was not an eye witness to the alleged witness and is not sure if Ruby Rose actually vomited.

In an earlier interview with the Herald Sun, the ex-manager of the famous Melbourne nightclub revealed that the night in question was like 20 years ago. It was a 'security nightmare', and he revealed being unaware of any sexual assault incident that took place at that time. The manager did confirm that Katy Perry and Ruby Rose had come at one evening back in August 2010. Katy is 41, and Rose is 40 as of now. The manager further alleged:

"They came in together, they were also with Katy's hair and make-up girl and another guy who was friends with Ru. It was a security nightmare because there were 600 people there and Katy kept coming out and dancing with everybody and going right in the middle of the mosh pit.”

The manager further said:

"I wasn't aware of any alleged assault or someone vomiting. Both had way too much to drink but weren't paralytic or anything. To avoid people taking photos of them in a state, we organized a car and driver to be waiting outside the Collins St entrance of the hotel. We escorted them out the back and up the fire exit and put them in the car together."
