Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan is living the most beautiful moment of her life. The star kid is all set to get married to Nupur Shikhare in a traditional Marathi wedding at Taj Aravalli Resort, Udaipur on January 10, 2024. For the unversed, the duo got legally married on January 3, 2024, in an intimate yet lavish ceremony hosted in Mumbai. Fast forward to now, we caught hold of the first glimpse of the special surprise the bride-to-be received from her dad, Aamir at her sangeet ceremony.
Recently, we got hold of an unseen video from Ira and Nupur's sangeet ceremony, which was too adorable to be missed. The clip showed Aamir Khan, his ex-wife, Kiran Rao, and their son, Azad, giving a special performance at the celebration. The trio was decked up in traditional attire as they sang beautiful songs for the to-be-married couple, ahead of their grand wedding. Indeed, this special gesture by Aamir for his darling princess simply melted our hearts!

Earlier, taking to her IG stories, Ira Khan re-shared a picture of herself, which was originally posted by her makeup artist. The glimpse featured her, as she got ready for her registered wedding. Ira looked breathtaking in a turquoise blue-hued lehenga. Her choli featured a deep neckline and golden embroidery all over it. She carried a matching-hued dupatta that featured golden buttis all over it. Ira completed her look with a heavy neckpiece featuring uncut diamonds, pearls and other precious stones. Matching earrings along with a maang teeka and smokey makeup accentuated her look. She left her tresses open and opted for a veil.
Earlier, on January 5, 2024, Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare were spotted by the paparazzi, as they arrived at the Udaipur airport for their big fat Maharashtrian wedding. The duo posed with Ira’s mom, Reena Dutta, and the trio flashed their brightest smiles for the paparazzi. While Ira wore an orange top paired with an olive-green jacket and matching pants, Nupur, on the other hand, wore a navy-blue t-shirt with matching pants and jacket.
According to a previous report by The Free Press Journal, Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare’s Maharashtrian wedding will take place in Taj Aravali Resort, Udaipur. A total of 176 rooms have been booked in the hotel from January 8 to January 10, 2024, for the Khan and Shikhare families. A total of 250 guests are expected to be invited to the wedding. Post their wedding, the couple will host a gala reception on January 13, 2024 in Mumbai’s iconic Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre.

Nupur Shikhare left everyone stunned with his hatke entry at his wedding venue at Taj Lands End. He chose to ditch the traditional baraat procession and instead jogged 8 km to reach the venue. In the videos that have been doing rounds capturing the viral moment, Nupur, dressed in a black vest and white shorts can be then seen dancing to the beats of dhol upon reaching the venue.
