Love is in the air for famous actors Ekta Kaul and Sumeet Vyas. After so much of teasing, the couple finally has admitted to being in love. Ekta and Sumeet are amongst those couples who never talk about their personal stuff. Nonetheless, after so much news humming about them, they finally thought of accepting being in a relationship. It all initially started with media and online portals speculating that the mystery guy with whom Ekta allegedly got engaged is none other than Sumeet Vyas. This news with question mark spread like wildfire on the internet. And then, Sumeet came into the forefront and cleared the air. And now, Ekta has opened up about it too and said, “Yes, we are in love, but it wasn’t really love at first sight."
Revealing how they met and love brewed between them. she further went on to say, "We worked together a few years ago, but we did not keep in touch. Last year, we met at the 'Box Cricket League', when he was hosting the show and I was playing for the Delhi team. That’s when we reconnected. Within a few days, I realised he was a great guy and then one day, he invited me to watch one of his plays. I think that’s when I fell in love with him, watching him on stage. Talking about the engagement and dismissing it all, Ekta Kaul shared, "We are not engaged yet. Marriage will eventually happen, but we haven't discussed marriage yet.” When she was further probed to tell what she thinks is the best thing about Sumeet, she said, "I have never seen him backbiting or talking rudely with anyone. Earlier, to clear the air about their engagement news that was doing the rounds, Sumeet gave an official statement. He cleared that they are not engaged as of now, but yes, they are seeing each other. His official statement could be read as, "I would like to put an end to all the rumours and speculation around my engagement to the actress, Ekta Kaul. The rumours are false. We are currently dating and are enjoying this phase of our relationship. As both of us are busy with our careers, we would like to spend more time together before taking the next step. I would request the media to not speculate and spread false news regarding the same.”
