Sanjay Dutt, along with his wife, Maanayata Dutt, children Shahraan Dutt and Iqra Dutt, has gone to Singapore for a family vacay. Maanayata, who is an ardent user of social media, shared some glimpses of the fun times during their vacation. In another picture shared by Maanayata, she can be seen posing with Shahraan and Iqra at the Jurassic World themed dinosaur dummy in Singapore’s Universal Studios. Maanayata, Shahraan and Iqra are twinning in denim dungarees with tees and shoes, perfect for an adventurous outing. In 2017, as per the Mid-Day reports, Sanjay Dutt had problems with Maanayata posting sizzling hot pictures of her in bikini to get noticed by filmmakers and producers of the Hindi film industry. He expressed his displeasure in such bold pictures of his wife and had apparently put an end to sharing such clicks on social media. After marrying Sanjay Dutt on February 7, 2008, Maanayata opened up about her marital life, and remarked, “Oh yes. I've never been happier. Sanju has stood by me through thick and thin. I've known him for nine years. We started seeing each other seriously in 2005. But he knew my past. So when 'friends' tried to provoke him he just laughed it off. He knew everything about me. When I was going through hell before my marriage, I'd pick up the phone and ask him for help. We're both very positive people and we like to live and let live. We both believe in forgiving. And we believe every saint can have a past. And every sinner can have a future."
Post Sanjay’s release from the jail, in an interview to an online media portal, he had then shared, “Maanyata is not my 'better' half but my 'best' half. She is my strength. Whenever I fall down, she supports me. I believe she had suffered more than myself. Raising kids alone and realising each day what she had, I pray that nobody gets to suffer it anywhere.”
As per the reports, post his biopic film Sanju, Sanjay Dutt will release his autobiography in 2019. The memoir will be published on his 60th birthday on July 29, 2019, by HarperCollins. The publishers revealed to The Indian Express, “With this book, the reader will finally get to look into his soul. Commenting on the book, Sanjay Dutt stated, “I have had the fortune of living a remarkable life, full of ups and downs, joys and sorrows. There are so many interesting stories to tell that I’ve never had the chance to tell before. I am looking forward so much to sharing my memories and emotions with readers everywhere.” Udayan Mitra, publisher (literary) of HarperCollins India, was quoted as saying, “He’s a star like no other, and what an extraordinary life he’s had! This is a memoir that is going to be told from the heart, and will reveal a Sanjay Dutt that even his most ardent fans don’t know.”
On the work front, Sanjay Dutt will be seen in Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3, Shamshera and Panipat. Besides these, his home-production film, Prasthanam and Karan Johar's production film, Kalank are also in his kitty. Post his vacation, Sanjay will resume shooting for Prasthanam.
