Something similar has happened in the life of Television actor, Vivek Dahiya, who has received huge praises from his wife, Divyanka Tripathi for his performance in his recently-aired show, State of Seige: 24/7. The famous television couple, Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya are spending their time in quarantine with their family. And in a recent interview, the doting wife heaped some praises on her hubby’s acting in the web series.
Recently, in a candid chat with Pinkvilla on Instagram live, Divyanka Tripathi was asked about her reaction on her husband, Vivek Dahiya’s intense acting in the web series, State of Seige: 24/7. Divyanka revealed that she is extremely proud of her hubby and not only her but even her father, Narendra Tripathi is impressed with him. She stated, “Oh I loved him in the show. Not only me but my father was also impressed. He is one person who gives very genuine feedback. He was from the NCC background, and I had also joined it after taking inspiration from him. Thus, the army is close to our hearts. So, my father called up and praised Vivek for playing the character so realistically. Going further in her remarks, Divyanka also highlighted Vivek’s sheer balance in her acting while portraying such a strong character. She added, "Often actors happen to create a sort of fake image, where they show their rough and tough side while playing such a role. However, thankfully Vivek was very balanced, and I loved it. Generally, army officers, especially NCC officers are supposed to be eased out. They are usually comfortable in their own space, so he played the role well. I was very happy with his decision. He knew that other actors have been already finalized. Since it was a small role, many would have not taken it up, as they would want more screen space. But he was very intelligent and was touched by the story.”
There’s no denying the fact that Vivek has simply blown-away our minds with his exceptional acting and deserves all this praise from his loved ones and fans. However, his doting wife has also revealed her hubby discussed this project with her before taking it and was quite confused. She revealed, “Yes, we both discuss before taking any decision. I was very happy with the concept. However, I had left the final call on him. I believe an actor's gut feeling takes him or her in the right direction. If you use too much of your brain, then there are chances of it going wrong.
