Television actress, Chhavi Mittal is known for her bubbly character and exceptional fitness regime. She had tied the knot with the man of her dreams, Mohit Hussein on April 29, 2005. Later, the couple was blessed with two beautiful kids, Areeza in 2012 and Arham in 2019. On the work front, Chhavi and her husband, Mohit, co-founded a digital production company, Shitty Ideas Trending, and keep on sharing rom-com based on daily life.
Chhavi Mittal is definitely a fitness freak, however, her kids, Areeza Hussein and Arham Hussein are also not left behind. They are often seen joining their mommy during her workout sessions. For instance, on April 27, 2021, Chhavi had taken to her IG handle and had shared a glimpse of her workout session with her kids. Along with the inspirational video, she had written:
"Group workout session in full swing. Notice how I'm the only one without a mat. That's coz others need it more than me, hence I'm being the "bigger" person here. @arhamhussein @areezahussein.”

A few hours ago, Chhavi Mittal took to her IG handle and shared a lengthy note explaining her tough fight with the deadliest disease, breast cancer. She shared a stunning picture of her donning casual attire paired with a ponytail while posing for the camera. She also mentioned the importance of breasts in her life while feeding her kids and many more. She further added that breasts cancer can't hamper her confidence and wrote:
"Dear breasts, This is an appreciation post for you. The first time I noticed your magic was when you gave me immense pleasure.. but your importance peaked when you fed both my babies. Today it’s my turn to stand by you when one of you fights cancer. Its not the best thing to happen, but it doesn’t have to bog my spirits down. It’s not going to be easy, but it doesn’t have to be tough. I might not look the same again, but it doesn’t have to make me feel different."
Chhavi further, in her note, explained the millions of inspiration she draws from all the women around her who had fought breast cancer. She appreciated everyone for being supportive in her journey and added:
"A big cheer for all breast cancer survivors.. you have no idea how much inspiration I draw from you today. And also, for those of you who already know, thank you for being so supportive. Every call you make, every msg you send, every visit you pay me.. is appreciated no end and that’s all that makes a difference. #breastcancer #breastcancerawarness #breastcancerwarrior."

During her pre to post-pregnancy time, Chhavi's blog had been motivating millions of women. Not just her pregnancy diaries were loved by her fans, but her fitness videos and other minute details during the pregnancy phase were also used to motivate many. On July 15, 2021, Chhavi had shared a video on her Instagram handle, showcasing how she had gained weight after delivering her son, Arham Hussein. Alongside the video, she had also shed light on her workout routine and had written:
“Fitness is my passion. Postpartum weight loss was just a side effect. My body has its good days and bad days, but I love my body the way it is! And why not, it gave me two amazing babies who define my whole world! FYI, today is a good day #postpartumweightloss.”
