On the occasion of his birthday on April 18 2020, Athiya Shetty took to her Instagram handle to post a picture of herself with KL Rahul, all cosying up and smiling. We can see her leaning on his shoulder, and he is laughing hard, seems like the alleged couple were having a great time. Now, here comes the juicy gossip, you all were waiting for, so impatiently. KL Rahul’s name had been linked up with Bollywood actresses over the past year. Earlier, he was rumoured to be dating Alia Bhatt’s BFF, Akansha Ranjan Kapoor. Adding fire to already rife rumours of romantic sparks between her and KL Rahul, Akansha also posted a lovely wish, on KL Rahul's birthday. She posted a cute polaroid picture with him and captioned it as "happy birthday best friend, it's been an honour and a pleasure. wuvles you. #TumMeraDostHo.", she also posted a funny video in her story, referring to him as 'kelu'. Anyway, going back in time, On August 29, 2019, Athiya Shetty had shared an inspirational quote on her Instagram handle and had captioned it, “Always, always.” After the post, her close friend and designer, Vikram Phadnis had posted a series of comments, which had suggested that something is brewing between Athiya Shetty and cricketer, KL Rahul. In one of the comments, Vikram had mentioned KL, which happens to be the initials of the Indian cricketer.
