Love is in the air for Sania Mirza’s sister, Anam Mirza, who is a well-known designer and runs her own label by the name, Label Bazaar. Well, Anam has found love in former Indian cricket team captain, Mohammad Azharuddin’s son, Asad, and their relationship is going the stronger path. It’s been quite sometime that the two have been rumoured to be dating each other and are slowly getting comfortable on social media.
It is also to be mentioned here that Anam was earlier married to Akbar Rasheed and they took their wedding vows on November 18, 2016, in Hyderabad. And after almost a year-and-a-half of their married life, Anam and Akbar had decided to part ways. A source close to the couple had told Pinkvilla that the reason behind the split is known best to the couple and that Anam will be focusing on her styling career. Coming back to Anam and Asad, rumours have been rife that the two are romantically involved, nonetheless, neither of them have come out to give a clear picture regarding their relationship. But on and off, the two keep sharing their pictures on social media. Topping it all is the latest caption of their couple picture that Asad has shared on his official Instagram handle. Sharing the below picture, he worded it as, “With my better half”, followed by two heart emojis. In fact, on each other’s birthdays as well, they wish on social media. On February 24, 2019, which happened to be Anam’s birthday, Asad had taken to his official Instagram handle and had wished her on social media by writing, “Happy birthday to the most amazing person in my life.” Take a look at the couple picture he had shared:
When Anam had separated from Akbar, a source close to them had told Pinkvilla, "The reason for the split is still unknown but we believe the divorce proceedings have come through. Anam Mirza earlier talked about how Akbar proposed her for marriage and said, “I always had a very movie-like marriage proposal in mind. So, here I was waiting for a filmy proposal from Akbar, while our engagement invitations were already sent out. Of course our families had discussed that we are getting engaged and all, but I was left wondering 'Arey abhi tak Akbar ne mujhe woh movie wala proposal kyun nahin diya!' and I was definitely not expecting a proposal after the invites were out!”
For the ones who don’t know, it is Anam Mirza herself who styles her sister, Sania for various occasions and events. In fact, talking about the same, Anam had once shared, “It has become easier for me to style Sania. I know her body type, what she likes, what colours and styling will suit her and so on.
