While everyone was busy scrolling through dreamy wedding pictures of Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi had surprised everyone when they had posted pictures from their Anand Karaj wedding ceremony on May 10, 2018. Although the two had known each other for quite some time, Neha gives the credit to Karan Johar for bringing them together. Looking at their strong bond, it was Karan, who had screamed at a party, “Can you not see this? Are you blind?” Well, from friends to partners to now parents to a beautiful angel, Mehr, Neha and Angad are the perfect example of an ideal couple.
On August 5, 2020, Neha Dhupia took to her IG handle and shared a video with hubby, Angad Bedi. In the video, Neha gave a glimpse of how she was fooled by Angad over a cup of coffee. Along with the hilarious video, Neha wrote, “I am one of those people who can’t survive without Coffee. So @angadbedi surprised me with the best cup of coffee he ever made. It was a trap guys #CoffeePrank.”
Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi are made for each other and more than their love-filled pictures, it is their funny social media banter that their fans look up to. On January 9, 2020, Neha had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared pictures of herself and Angad. In the pictures, Neha and Angad were seen engrossed in some conversation. In one of the pictures, Neha had written, “with my favourite listener.” Angad had reposted the same picture and had written a hilarious reply which had won our heart. Talking about Angad Bedi and Neha Dhupia’s wedding, in a chat with Humans of Bombay, Neha had shared how the two had met and how they had become best friends. She had stated, “He tells me that he 1st saw me at the gym when I was 20 & told his friends, ‘I’m going to get to know her 1 day. When we moved to Bombay, we met at a mutual friend’s party–it was just us standing in the balcony. I saw a different side of him–beyond the jokes & wit, there was a sensitive man. We were both away from home in Mumbai, so I always relied on him for support. He lived a bachelor life & the 1 place he could always get home food was mine. We became close friends–there was no façade & no attempt to impress one another. Well, no attempts on my part! In fact, he was the 1st call after a major heartbreak & he talked me through it–I’m sure there was a hidden motive!”
Ever since their wedding, the two had been sharing adorable pictures with each other and the doting couple had completed their family picture with the arrival of their angel, Mehr on November 18, 2018. During an interview with the Hindustan Times, Angad had shared the experience of parenthood and had stated that Mehr has brought a lot of changes in him. She has made him understand a lot of things and he now has a lot of gratitude to the universe and people. He had also stated that fatherhood has made him a better person, a better performer and had also helped him realise the value of the family.
