West Wilson's stint on 'Summer House' has come to an end. So, he would not return for the upcoming Season 11.
After the Amanda Batula romance drama, West Wilson's journey on Summer House has officially come to an end. In turn, he will not return for Season 11 of the popular Bravo show. Incidentally, his exit comes after the reality TV star had a dramatic season filled with relationship controversies, reunion tensions and increasing doubts about his future on the show. Bravo has not publicly shared the details behind his exit from the show. But reports claim he was not cast as a full-time member of the new season.
According to reports, Bravo has decided not to renew West Wilson's contract before Season 11. The decision comes after a dramatic season marked by his personal relationships and tensions within the cast. In fact, West's exit comes after several months of speculation about his role on the show. Previously, during season 10, he had strained dynamics with the cast. In turn, it led to conflicts on-screen and during the reunion special. Some reports suggested that the makers faced multiple challenges that strained relationships within the group.
At the same time, it complicated the storylines. Most of the time, West was at the centre of multiple ongoing disputes. He faced accusations but gave no convincing reply. Needless to say, it made him one of the season's most talked-about cast members. Meanwhile, the reunion has only added fuel to the debate. West faced questions about his romance with Amanda, and fans had mixed opinions. Finally, the reports have confirmed his exit. In fact, his recent comment encouraging viewers to watch the the NBA Finals rather than Summer House did not sit well with the makers.
One of the biggest highlights about West Wilson was his romance with fellow house star, Amanda Batula. He initially dated her best friend, Ciara Miller. But, following Amanda's divorce, the pair confirmed their dating rumours in early 2026. Soon, the dynamics became a major point of discussion. Before it, West and Ciara's relationship was already one of the most memorable storylines. Although they eventually parted ways, tensions remained between the former couple. Still, insiders suggest that West and Amanda are continuing to build their relationship away from the cameras. Sharing a joint statement confirming their bond, the couple had penned:
"Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it. We've shown up for each other as friends over the years through all the high aand lows, but what's developed recently was the last thing either of us expected. We know this impacts people we care about deeply, and we are trying our best to navigate this with respect and honesty."
Before becoming a reality TV star, West Wilson built a career in sports media and digital content. He hails from Columbia, Missouri. West completed his education at Montana State University, where he played football before venturing into media. When he joined Summer House during Season 8, he immediately won hearts with his laid-back personality and sense of humour.
Also, West's friendship with Jesse Solomon and romance with Ciara Miller made him one of the most popular stars. However, things eventually went downhill. Outside of reality TV, he works closely with Complex Networks and has developed a strong fan following through his podcasts, lifestyle, sports, and food-related content.
