Angela White, Blac Chyna, owes a massive six-figure tax debt years after her former boyfriend, Rob Kardashian, stopped paying her monthly child support. She has been hit with a USD 116,732.37 tax lien by the California Franchise Tax Board for the financial year 2024. This update has once again brought attention to her past financial conflicts with the father of her two kids, Rob Kardashian and rapper Tyga.

Blac Chyna has been hit with a USD 116,000 tax lien

According to multiple reports, the California Franchise Tax Board filed a USD 116,732.37 lien against Chyna. It is related to the 2024 taxable year. Meanwhile, her representative has not given any immediate response to the news. Notably, the lien comes several years after Rob stopped paying her USD 20,000 in child support every month.

Initially, they had agreed to the amount after their breakup in 2017. However, they reached a new agreement in March 2019, which completely ended the monthly payments. Rather, they agreed to cover their daughter Dream's expenses during their respective parenting time. They also decided to share certain costs such as medical care and school fees.

During an interview in 2020, Blac Chyna mentioned that her "biggest flex" was raising her children without child support. Later, in 2022, she complained that she was forced to give up three cars because she was a single mother with no financial support. In turn, Rob revealed that he paid around USD 37,000 annually for Dream's school and looked after her medical bills and other extracurricular expenses.

For those who don't know, Blac Chyna and Rob began to date in January 2016. Their relationship gained immediate spotlight partly because Blac Chyna was previously engaged to rapper Tyga, who was dating Rob's half-sister, Kyle Jenner, at the time.

They got engaged in April 2016 and announced they were expecting a child together. Rob and Chyna's daughter, Dream, was born in November 2016. They also began their own reality series, Rob & Chyna.

However, their relationship soon fell into trouble. The couple called off their engagement in 2017 after a series of public conflicts. So, Rob initially agreed to pay USD 20,000 per month in child support after their custody agreement.

However, in November 2018, he requested a reduction. Rob claimed that he was unable to afford the amount and the conflict during their breakup had affected his earning potential. Therefore, they eventually settled on no monthly child support in March 2019.

Blac Chyna also shares a son, King Cairo, with rapper Tyga. They settled their custody arrangement in 2023, which stated their son would spend time with Chyna from Friday to Monday. In turn, he could stay with his father for the rest of the week, eliminating the need for child support.

Rob and Tyga both defended their financial payments to their kids. The rapper said in 2022 that he paid approximately USD 40,000 annually for his son's school tuition. In fact, their son lived with him for most of the week. Meanwhile, Rob and Chyna improved their bond over the years. She shared a picture tagging Rob in October 2025. Its caption read, "This love is forever."

How does Rob Kardashian make his money?

In contrast to his sisters, Rob leads a more private lifestyle. But he has launched multiple business ventures in the past. He started his sock brand, Arthur George, in 2012. The reality TV star also ventured into streetwear with Halfway Dead. It is a clothing label that began in 2019. Rob also explored the food and beverage business, like co-founding Grandeza Hot Sauce with his mother, Kris, and partnering with the soda company, Exotic Pop.

Rob made most of his early money through Keeping Up With the Kardashians. He also appeared in other TV shows like Dancing With the Stars, where he finished as the runner-up in 2011. Although he has stepped away from regular reality TV, he is still connected to his family's entertainment business.
